For me, the very best German food is boring and below average cuisine. On the other hand, a German Bierhaus is one of the funnest places to eat and drink with a group of friends! You and 3 friends should try the Shotski!

The young man at the front desk was extremely customer service oriented , which was very Knowledgeable about their products. I really appreciated him.

11/5/23 Recycling old iPhones. The man at the info desk (kudos for having one right up front, BTW) and the man at customer service were very pleasant and efficient. I waited in line for about twenty seconds when the CS guy came over and took me to a different counter. I was in and out in about 2 minutes. Really good service, and they knew I wasn’t even there to spend money. I’ll def remember this store when I need any electronics.
Addendum 2/2/24 Bought a vacuum online for curbside pickup. The vacuum was in my car within 90 minutes of my starting to browse online. Quick, accurate, courteous. Again, I’ll def go back there. Excellent customer service, excellent.

Best Buy is my husband’s personal heaven. He loves to roam around there. Even if he does not have anything to buy, his geeky tech- nerdy self loves the air inside Best Buys for breathing. 🙄 so I have been to this location a few times. The store is organised, with cutting edge stuff. The staff are helpful and welcoming. We are now planning for an iPad. So definitely we will back again.

Ethan was so helpful with showing me computers that fit my needs. He was so patient and kind. He answered all my questions and explained things that were over my head. He never lost his smile.
Cooper was just as wonderful. He explained each option that was being downloaded for me and answered all my questions.
I truly appreciate their knowledge and help.

Very busy place. Was hard to get help for a while, but once I got someone to help, they were awesome! Got husband some wireless headphones for the tv. My final Christmas present shopping is done!

We got exactly what we needed, which were wired Headphones, and they had a great selection to chose from. We were checked out quickly, and with no hassles. The lady helping us was courteous and professional.

Just wanted to take a moment and personally thank Keith (Geek Squad brother) for taking his time to help me build my first custom PC. He is very knowledgeable, kind, humble, and I was so happy to share this opportunity with him. His customer service, and his character go above and beyond to what I've ever experienced at a private and retail store. Originally, I had come in there for an Alienware Desktop and Keith joyfully explained to me in great detail, and effectively taught the benefits of building my own personal & custom Desktop vs purchasing a pre-built name-brand.

I just wanted to publicly recognize his efforts in helping me because Keith exceeded my expectations of what I thought customer service was. If there was one thing that stood out "If you truly enjoy and love doing it, it really isn't work!". Keith's great passion, and experience as a SME (Subject-Matter-Expert) was greatly valued and I'd strongly recommend a salary increase for the values that he brings to the table for your location. I can honestly if it wasn't for Keith and his efforts, I'd have bought an Alienware and would've mindlessly liked it without ever being revealed this better opportunity.

About a month ago I cracked my phone very badly and suddenly. I have Applecare+ so the first thing I did was take it to Geek squad because they honor applecare. My appointment was for around 2 and my phone was perfectly fixed by 7 that night. Awesome service from Geek Squad. I've also bought a screen protector from here that comes with a warranty and I have had that replaced twice now. Each time, they are more than happy to help me put it on my phone and are super friendly. I usually don't leave reviews but the workers are always just so friendly to me and helpful that I had to.

Wonderful customer service several times. They took my old printer and gave me a discount coupon for a new one. Part of the deal. Previous they priced matched an item. Great customer service. Why I keep coming back.

The store doesn't have what I need, but the associate told me where I might get the item.

I came in a few weeks ago and a guy named Jordyn helped me and my boyfriend pick out my Apple Watch that I was getting for my birthday. We did know anything about them cause this is my first one and he was so helpful and nice. Told us everything we needed to know about the product, told us price difference, informed us of different features of different models, and Helped us check out. All around great experience with Jordyn. Spectacular costumer service from him. 10/10

#1 friendliest, and most helpful employees I've ever encountered at one of your locations.

#2 Not only do they have the best Geek Squad employees, but possibly the most compassionate employees. They go above and beyond to help their customers.

#3 I have lived in Las Vegas for 20yrs. I have been to hundreds of your locations threw out the U.S. None even come close to being as professional as well as welcoming as your Fayetteville Arkansas branch.

#4 Every employee at this location whom helped me on Friday easily could be groomed into upper management one day. I would be honored to have any of them work for my company in Vegas. They all have that 1 rare quality in business. They care, and it is shown threw out this location.

From the friendly hi's as you come in, to the how can I help you's as you are walking around the store. I'm simply more than empressed by the quality of men and women who were working on 7-7-23 here in Fayetteville.

If I had to point out 1 employee, in Geek Squad I believe his name was Agent. Words can not describe how kind, professional, and intelligent he was. This gentleman though young in age, one day should not only be a manager. You should have him go to all of your locations in the U.S. to educate, teach and inspire all of your Geek Squads. If he worked for my company that is 100% how I would utilize his talents. Some things you can teach. He presents all of those positive qualities that save businesses. Most of all he cares.

My experience here was phenomenal. A guy named Seth helped me through the process of getting a washer dryer, TV and the costs of having them installed. He showed me their yearly membership which legit paid for itself 5 times over. Dude was super chill, nice, and not pushy at all for any extra add-one legit just wanted to help me out. I really appreciate it and wanted to make sure he got some recognition. Super appreciate it.

I want to say thank you to 2 employees who helped my sister and myself tonight. Brent was very helpful with my sister's computer, whom we interacted with first, since we had an appointment with geek squad to get it fixed, he was polite, patient and just made our overall experience awesome and answered questions we had so thank you so much Brent! Manuel is the other employee who we interacted with next, and he was very helpful with me on some questions about some headphones which thanks to him I now have some awesome headphones again! He was also very polite, patient and made my overall experience awesome as well so thank you so much Manuel! I definetly plan to come back more often to this location thanks to their outstanding customer service!
