Thank you for a great experience of buying the car. Customer service was amazing, I was greeted with respect and taken care very nicely. The only thing I had to do was pay for the vehicle, everything else was done by the Improtex auto motors. I recommend the dealership, great choice that you wont regret.

The dealership had a car that I was in love with !! I came to test drive it and was very happy !! The owners, finance managers and salesman were very patient through the whole process ! Half way through they got another car in that I just had to have! They patiently and happily changed everything over ! They stood by me when their were issues with the bank! They were so wonderful through the whole process! Literally , everyone who works their Treat you like family! Late , on a Friday night before a holiday weekend! My car was ready, sticker and deal done! I don’t have enough positive words to say how wonderful this dealership is! It’s modern, clean, friendly and they have just about every type of car you could need!! Thanks soo much Improtex I’m soo happy!

This place was great! They were very accommodating and knowledgeable about their cars. I gave them the parameters with what I was looking for and they gave me several options to choose from. Steve is the guy to see, he’s great! Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful.

I just got a Toyota Prius, from Improtex, and i can say best service ever i got. Even after i got the car, i had a small issue with the door, and they took care of that. I definitely recommend this dealership who need good service, good or great deals.
