This is my 5th time coming to this dealership and that's just for myself. I recommended three other people to purchase cars there. Although each of my visits I had a different person ( I had Jovelle several times but he is no longer there) he was very good! my most recent visit I dealt with Eli and Benny both were very honest and professional and made me feel comfortable. They are extremely down to earth, sympathizing with my situation. I had gone to two other dealerships prior and had a terrible humiliating experience! I was never so happy to walk through your dealership. Whatever your doing with cooperate training just keep doing what your doing! Great job by all and your service department is excellent! Customer for the rest of my life! thanks again!

She was patient, professional, understanding and caring to my wife and what she was looking for. The staff ! What else can I say ? They were A+ to my wife !

Had a really great experience with Alejandra. She helped us get the perfect deal and a car that far exceeded our expectations and the original one we wanted. This new vehicle is definitely better and more comfortable for the family and we thank Alejandra for everything she did for us. She went above and beyond. Even got our toddler a new toy 🧸.

Went for my annual state inspection and it was a great experience. First I was sent a reminder postcard with all the hours of operation and was greeted when I arrived. Service was prompt and the waiting room comfortable. And I received a complimentary car wash! I will always go to Commonwealth Nissan for my annual inspections.

From start to finish this was by far the best car purchase experience I have had! Usually I dread going into dealerships, but this experience was smooth! Henry who had helped me was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Took me on a few test drives and suggested many options until I found the car I liked. Commonwealth also has all the different males of cars which makes shopping there much more convenient and dress free: Honda, Chevy, Kia, Nissan etc. Great experience, go here 1st, you won’t be disappointed!

My salesman was very knowlegeable and relatable. We test drove three cars which helped me decide on a model that I evenyually leased. A very positive experience so far and Seth has also been helpful, since the lease was purchased. The agency itself was very professional.Recommend!

I had a great experience with everyone I worked with at Commonwealth Nissan to get my new car. My salesman was Erwin, who was wonderful! He was super helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process, always available to answer questions. Getting a new car can be daunting but I appreciate that I was never rushed and was able to test drive the car a couple times. Erwin really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision, and made it a positive experience! Big thanks to him as well as Benny and Bobby. Highly recommend this dealership!

Every person I interacted with at Commonwealth Kia and Nissan was helpful, friendly, and made this an enjoyable experience. Josh assisted me virtually when I was searching online for cars, and kept in contact with me with updates.

When I went in person to test drive, I met Edwin who was absolutely amazing to work with. He answered all of my questions and had unbelievable follow through, making sure I was well cared for all the way until license plates were on my car.

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! The used car manager Carlos was friendly, polite, honest, and helpful! The car salesman was NOT pushy. Very friendly, helpful, honest. I got a used car with low mileage that was fully detailed, maintained, inspected, and registered for me by Commonwealth! I just picked my “new to me” car up today. The salesman (his name is Anthony 😉) went over the car with me. Explaining what they did to make it ready for pickup, and how to use all the features available. The price was fair also! Just an all around positive experience. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I walked into Kia dealership not expecting to purchase a car.I was upset with the outcome of an issue. I began talking with Branden, a Kia salesman. I asked him if he was able to show me a Nissan Rogue. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was the epitome of a salesman! The Business Manager, Daniel, was also very easy to work with.

Rick is an excellent service advisor (admittedly, I have known Rick for well over 20 years). Shawn is a trusted mechanic (have also known Shawn for as long as we have known Rick). My wife will not bring our vehicles to anyone else.

The attention and the delivery process of the new vehicle was excellent and very fast. I have never had a Nissan and I wanted to try this brand despite the good options on the market. First time I have been delivered a vehicle in two days...after closing the business. The truth is very efficient, both the seller and the manager who are super willing to negotiate. My family and I were very happy.

Henry was so nice and very helpful. Benny was also very nice. I can’t believe how smooth the process was . I would highly recommend Commonwealth Motors to all my family and friends

I was quite disappointed that the car was never cleaned inside, tire were worn & should have been replaced. Car was not running as it was in the first few days. Therefore we went a Commonwealth of Nissan and got rid of the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership. Sloppy!!

Commonwealth Nissan service has been and will continue to be our go to shop for service. Dave mngr, Shawn, Rick and all the staff are top shelf. Our Nissan has very few problems but when it does we won’t let any other service shop touch it. The entire crew there are welcoming, expert problem solvers, any never miss a beat. The service pricing is competitive and the crew are always trying to find the least expensive way to repair. If you haven’t tried them, you should.

My husband and I’s experience at Commonwealth Nissan was amazing. Pedro was so kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made everything so easy for us. The day I came to pick up the Rogue, he explained everything about the car to me and made sure I felt comfortable in it. I was so grateful for that. While completing the paperwork, Daniel was so awesome. He answered all of questions and explained how to register our car in NH. We appreciated how he was so detailed! Over all experience was amazing and we will be back to purchase another car in the future.

I was able to make a next-day appointment online, my car was taken in and assessed quickly, and because the issue was small, my car was fixed, washed and returned to me within 30 minutes. I was impressed with the entire process.

I had a great experience from start to finish leasing my first car with Commonwealth! Everyone was super friendly and eager to help/answer any questions or concerns I had! Most of all, I didn’t feel any pressure to buy or sign anything, which was very different from my experience with other dealerships I had visited prior. I love my car and am confident that I made the best decision I could have, thanks to them! I can’t recommend them enough!
