Harbor Freight Tools

Went here to get a couple of spade shovels and a 6' " pinch" bar.. shovels are strong fiberglass handle and the bar is 1" thick steel bar with a flat end. I spent half as much as home Depot. Thanks HF.

very clean, excellent staff, i own a repair shop, and i was looking for workbench table, and i was approach with a couple of employee and they couldn't do enough to help me, i ended up buying 3 items, when it comes to pay it was Sabrina at customer service who made my day, she recommended to open an account, which i got 20% of the total bill, and it took he a couple of minutes to finish with a great discount and the she took the time to explain everything with lots of ease and understanding, thank you Sabrine, good job

Great prices. I'd save even more if I'd just remember there is a store less than a mile from me in Saugus.

Wonderful experience. I went in recently to pick up a couple small items and Ben, who was working up front was incredibly kind and helpful in finding me the things I needed for my project -including a free coupon item, and upon seeing my daughter, the manager came out (I missed her name) to bring her a sheet of stickers! I will definitely be back.

Harbor Freight Tools occupies a small area for a hardware supplier, but it's selection is good and the prices are excellent. You may not be able to buy a dozen hammers, but you'll have plenty of styles to choose from. There is usually a bargain bin assortment of useful tools that I need to stay away from - too tempting. Access is off a busy Rt 1 south - just plan the turn a little before you arrive. I found the staff helpful.

Harbor freight has great prices and although my husband found what he needed - I was absolutely starving and was in need of a pack of crackers or a snack of any kind and there was nothing of that sort anywhere in this store ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .... Still -great job Harbor Freight but order a couple snacks at the very least - please!

Prices are much lower than typical big box home improvement stores. Quality products too as I have never has any issues with my purchases. Limited selection is the only downside of Harbor freight.

Shopping was a delight at this location. Very few customers here while the mob scene was across the street at Costco. You get great service at Harbor Freight Tools. The prices are unbeatable. The atmosphere is clean, sanitary, relaxing and comfortable. It was a very positive experience.

I was in the store 11/8/2020 in the morning around 9:15 AM. Went in for some tarps on sale & truck stake pocket anchors. Found the anchors OK but no tarps on the shelf. I have always found good service at this store. Today the service was way above, The nice lady that was the only one working the floor was so super nice & help full, I think her name is Lisa. she was nailed with customer requests, She stayed calm & kind to all including me. She went out back to check if the item i was looking for was in the stock room. It was not so i will just go back. If you see this Lisa.

If you're in need of some new tools or looking for new additions, this is the store to check first, before home depot or lowes, you can get great quality tools for such low prices. Came here in need for a razor blade i needed walked out with so much more things and all under 50 dollars. So I definitely recommend this store. Shout out to the cashier Jose was really helpful and really nice. Looks like I found a new go to store for myself.

The store is so clean now, and employees are smiling! Great atmosphere makes you want to stay longer.

If I was a professional mechanic, carpenter, or any tradesman, I probably wouldn't buy my tools at Harbor Freight. But for a backyard diy'er they have a great assortment of tools that hold up just fine for my purposes. And the prices are excellent.

The staff here is very friendly an knowledgeable about where and ehat their products are. They make finding and buying and or returning so easy and painless. It's a clean store with thousands of different tools for a fraction of the price you'd pay at a big box store.

Love Harbor Freight! They have really awesome prices on everything! I get a lot of stuff here for repurposing old furniture. I had an impossible time finding a storage container for Tech Deck Skateboards for my Grandson for Christmas and I knew Harbor Freight would have exactly what I needed, and they did! I found 2 perfect storage containers here, now all I have to do is create a transfer design for it! I even found coupons online! Did I say I love Harbor freight?

I totally love this place. They're tools may not be top-shelf quality, but they are of a good quality, and they are viable they're inexpensive to buy, and you will get your money's worth every time
