A lot of good buys and specials. Inexpensive cards. Great cleaning and household supplies.

The store on Newbury St next to Target, is a hot mess!! Freezer section is empty. Every aisle has piles of boxes and from what I could see one person putting items out and one person at the register.
Floors look like they haven't been clean in months!
I use to live this store! Now not so much!!
At least the employees are nice especially Bob!

The manager at this location is not so friendly they follow you around the whole store as if i was going to steal made me feel very uncomfortable. In my transaction i was going to use paper coupons and they refused i asked to see their policy and she acted as she did not understand wat i was asking for so i pulled it up and no were in the policy states no paper coupons. Matter in fact it does say they accept it and also accept digital coupons. But she still refused. Bad customer service.

Horrible customer service the employees super rude and always act like they don't understand you 😒 now they don't want to asept coupons yet there policy say otherwise please cooperate send someone fast to check on this store
