Jimmy's Steer House

Promptly attended to at the door. We got in just before the lunch rush and service was prompt and attentive. The coconut shrimp app was sweet and tasty, steak and chicken Marsala were delicious. Although pulling off route 1 is like facing death, I would recommend you try Jimmy’s out.

Came here for dinner with my dad and hubby and we enjoyed the filet minion, prime rib, clam chowder and scallops. Our waitress Denise was very attentive and helpful

The rave reviews we read were spot on. We can’t say enough about our first visit to Jimmy’s. Our waiter Carson was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The food from the appetizer to desert was exceptional and surprisingly reasonable.The only recommendation is to add Old Bay to the Maryland crabmeat pie!

We went on a Thursday night @ 6:30 pm. No wait table for 2. I had prime rib and lobster pie with clam chowder and my wife had baby back ribs with chowder.Our meals were both excellent and the server was personable and attentive. BTW the chowder was very good and a reasonably sized cup for a side dish instead of salad. I was celebrating my birthday so we split one order of the apple strudel cinnamon sticks with ice cream. Unbelievably good 💯 and reasonably priced. We love Jimmy's!

Quite a nice meal with an accommodating waiter. We were visiting the area, and decided to stop in for dinner. They sat us right away and our waiter was very helpful and attentive. I never was too thirsty, or in need of something I didn't already have. My fiancée got the 10oz prime rib steak medium rare, and I got ribs with rice pilaf (as pictured). The food came with bread rolls and butter, as well as a salad for her and cup of clam chowder for me. The chowder was very fresh and perfect for a rainy New England night in autumn.
Then we had dessert (also pictured). I don't remember the name, but it was an apple cinnamon crisp treat with ice cream and whipped cream. A delightful complement to a delicious meal. We were pleasantly surprised with the service from Jimmy's Steer House, and I would not hesitate to come back when I'm in the area again.

I had booked a group dinner for 17 last night and it was all around terrific! The recommended set up in the back room worked perfectly. Kudos to Lauren, our server, for staying on top of the orders and for not rushing us out. We were there for 4 hours! It was an enjoyable evening with all positive feedback from the party. Thank you. Another excellent experience!! Great prices, service and food!! Fresh tasting salad. Steak cooked to perfection!! Rachel was my server and she was very attentive. Very clean. Large restroom also very clean and handicap accessible.

It was very nice to see great service which is rare these days. The waitress was very nice and professional. The food is beyond praise. I ordered a steak and it was cut and cooked the way a steak should be. I am completely satisfied and will come here again and again.

The service is normally really good here. The night we went it was rather busy and our waitress forgot a few things. Nothing major but my wife loves bread with her meal and after asking us if we wanted bread it wasn't brought over. They gave my daughter my wife's adult Alcohol drink accidentally but we caught it and corrected it. Again it was a busy night so sometimes things happen. The drink issue could have been serious if it were a younger crowd. My daughter told us that it was not just soda in the glass.

Never had a bad meal here. Service is great food even better. Always leave satisfied and happy. Highly recommend to any everyone.

I tried Jimmy's Steer House on May 15th of 2023. The Kansas City Prime rib was the best I can remember, cooked to a perfect medium as ordered, cut like butter and very reasonably priced.
The service was very polite and professional.
I'm not usually in that area but it was highly recommended to me to try. I will definitely return again.

Jimmy's... Excellent atmosphere.. Abundant variety for menu. Staffing and waitstaff. Attentive.. personable.. accomodating.. Restraunt setting comfortable classic. Food .. Great portions, well priced.. Prime rib.. excellent well priced not fatty.. sides ..wow great portions. They don't skimp on quality or portions and service.. Well worth the mayhem ride down Rt1.. keep doing the great job that all of you do.. Thank you !

Plenty of parking. Server was very attentive to our desires. The prices were reasonable and the portions fair. The atmosphere is nice.

Often forgotten but always with the trip. Staff is always friendly and prompt. Steak is perfect and the drinks are great with a good beer selection. Inside could use a bit of updating but is low on the list of steakhouse must-haves. Overall good experience and do recommend.

Excellent friendly service at the bar. Great clam chowder. High quality surf & turf meal... at a great value. Definitely coming back! Bravo!
