Love shopping here. So clean and well organized compared to when it first opened...You never know what you will find when you shop. Always a good time. Besides the standard stuff they always have great deals on closeout items..

Not a bad place to shop on a budget. There is such a wide variety of things to browse and all at great prices. The store is pretty easy to navigate and locate what you want and they always have great seasonal buys.

This store is absolutely huge I had no idea the amount of sofas tables beds and mattresses you could choose I did not go in looking for a mattress but I am definitely gonna buy one they have a ton of stuff that is Fantastic prices. It could be a little cleaner and organized a little bit more but but the store is great and I cannot wait to go back and spend a lot of money

Cashier was highly friendly. Nice deals and almost everything you need is available. Got some cars 🚗 for my kid

Amazing customer service. Received help from Lailah and she was able to help me find exactly what I needed while being very knowledgeable and respectful! Looking forward to coming back again.

They have a new manager John who has a lot to learn about Big Lot policies and Customer Service.

I do have to give him Kudos for giving me the DM's phone number when I asked for it. I'm hoping he realizes not everyone is out to get him and honesty is always the best policy. I'll keep you posted!!

I went looking for last few Christmas cards, 3 dollar stores ALL wiped out! I asked tge manager he looked hesitant, but brought me to 2 lonely boxes I wouldn't usually buy, but $5 each. I bought both and finished my shopping 🛍 when cards are all I needed. Thanks BIG Lots, Merry Christmas 🎅and a Happy, Healthy, and Safe Holidays to you all and your families well!!

The girl who helped us at the cashier was very friendly, very nice. I will come back more often for sure. Love shopping at Big Lots! ❤👏

Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and hand sanitizer.
Short line to check out.
Only issue was the people going down the aisle the wrong way and stopping in the middle to browse!

So glad that things post covid are much better. Prices have gone up though

I just went to Big Lots on Route 1 to get a few things but of course I bought more than on my list. I found 4 out of the 5 items I intentionally went there for. The only thing I don't like about that Big Lots is there is generally only I register open and if you have a carriage full of items you hold up the whole line.

I love shopping at Big Lots. Their seasonal selections are abundant. The shelves are always neat and organized. And the staff is friendly and helpful. I have purchased several items of furniture and am pleased with the quality.

I came in on April 30th and wanted to purchase a gazebo but they didn't have any left in the store. Dave the store manager tried to order one online for me but, unfortunately they were unavailable online as well. He then called several stores trying to find one for me and again to my disappointment everyone was sold out. I was so bummed because Dave had helped me open a Big Lots credit card to purchase the gazebo and he knew how disappointed I was that they were sold out everywhere. I asked him if they were able to sell the floor model and he said that eventually they could, and that I would definitely be the first person that he called. He took my name and phone# and sincerely apologized to me. I let him know that he had gone over and above for me and that I have never received such great customer service. I received a call tonight 5-3-19 at around 7pm from Dave letting me know that he got the ok to sell me the floor model gazebo. I was extremely happy and grateful that Dave once again followed through on his promise. I immediately went to pay for the Gazebo and drove Dave crazy with which light I wanted to buy for the gazebo. This man is a saint...he was up and down on ladders showing me the difference between the lights. He walked me up to the cashier and made sure that everything went smooth and assured me that the gazebo will be dismantled carefully and all parts and directions will also be in order. We decided that Thursday 5-9-19 will be a good pick up date. Big Lots is very lucky to have Dave representing their company.

Very good, its your standard local big lots carrying a variety of products from food, electrics and furniture. This specific location has great staff and excellent inventory
