My first time to have my car serviced at this dealership. I had a very positive experience. Women are usually at a disadvantage because we are women (in my case a senior citizen) and they can pull anything over on us. I came away feeling like I was treated as an equal. I took my car in for routine maintenance and waited for the work to be done. The service advisor told me approximately how long it would take and my car was ready in that amount of time. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Honda of Fayetteville.

Well, they are really good people in terms of welcoming and treating me well. I went there for oil change and their service was very good and they know what they do.Also they visually checked my car and found transmission oil leakage and had me for another appointment for fixing the problem. But one more insights, I would like to have a student discount that would make their service more tangible and convenient especially for international students. I would recommend their service to any customers.

Excellent service, with friendly/professional staff - I've been to this location on 3 separate occasions and have never walked away disappointed. It's not uncommon for auto repair shops to "up-sell" you on repairs, but their team usually keeps that to a minimum and focuses on the needs* of you and your vehicle. Great place!

I called and they got me in the same day to look at my problem. They looked at it and temporarily fixed my problem while I waited for a short time. They had to order a part and will call me and schedule when the part comes in. Was Very Pleased with the Way they treated Me as a Customer. Five star service add a three star price. Had a transmission leak that turned out to be a minor problem. They didn't even charge me full diagnostic charge. After being refused service at a major Honda dealership in Rogers, Arkansas, Mr. Amos at Honda of Fayetteville, most graciously, kindly and respectfully agreed to maintain my car for me.
I now have 526,000+ miles on my car and Honda of Fayetteville is still faithfully and graciously doing all the work necessary on my car to keep it operating beautifully and safely!

Made an appointment and service was quick. The person who came up to check my odometer and put the service tag on the rear view mirror was very nice and prompt. This is my second time here and Jose has been awesome to work with both times. I appreciate his transparency on things that will be needing repair in the future and doesn't try to upsell me on things I don't need right now. This is why I'll be sticking with Jose as my service advisor.
