Cannot say enough amazing things about this store. The employees here have always treated me more respectful throughout the years then your typical liquor store. But, when I called them in a panic bc I dropped my hard to find bottle of salted carmel crown for my returning service member and busted it, I was in shambles. I called every liquor store in the tri state area. They had 12 bottles when she answered and went to verify and had 3. I begged her to put on aside and not only did she, she put me aside the best box and gave me discount. Support their service members?! Good to customers? Rare items in stock when I was desperate?! I will look no further when I'm in NWA than Liquor to Go! Ty for saving me!!!

Every time I come here no matter who is working I am met with the best customer service. I will ask them how they are, and every time they always give legitimate responses that lead to great banter. I’ve been in customer service for a long time so I know how ridiculous people can be, so it’s been really great getting to know the various employees a little bit over time every time I stop by. They sometimes don’t always have what I want due to shortages or supply chain issues, but I will skip spirits down the road to come to this place because it’s worth it.

They keep it clean and smelling great in there. The staff are really friendly and helpful . I see them cleaning the parking lot and grass areas as well as trimming overgrown vines . Also, I love their signs on the marquee.

They had a nice selection as far as I could tell. This was my first time there, so I'll definitely have to go back. I did notice that they had a lot of beer that I'd not seen before. Marketing plays such a big part in everything these days. So many of these liquer bottles have such extravagant looking labels and fancy packaging. Makes me want to friggin drink up in here...

Love to Shop Local!! Those boys work hard to make sure the brews are ice cold and the shelves are well stocked. As Always, served with a smile!!
