Everyone was so kind. I have massive anxiety over dentists, it each person eased my anxiety. Susie at the front desk was so kind, the radiologist was very gentle and sweet, and the dentist was both sweet and great at explaining options. I appreciated that the front desk explained costs associated, gave me a rundown, and worked to preauthorize procedures before scheduling an appointment. Over, love them and highly recommend them!

I had a *very* good visit. It was my first time, referred by my wife. All of the staff were really excellent. I’ve had teeth issues for years despite my good habits, everything from pulled teeth to root canals, and of course many, many cavities. I finally understand what’s going on in my mouth after all these years of wondering why I’ve had so many problems. Dr. Uribe was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. It was actually sort of fun, in a weird way, to feel like so many items were checked off my mouth-health-to-do list in one visit. Going back next week for some cavity fillings, naturally, but now I have an actual plan on how to best prevent future issues.

Been coming to Valencia Dental for 3 years now. Front desk people are always pleasant and willing to work with your calendar availability. Dentists, both Dr Bal and Dr Uribe, have been great! Professional, honest and genuine people in this office who provide great dental services, care, and customer service without judgment, upselling or other obnoxious behavior you encounter at dr offices sometimes. Seldom have I come across dentists and clinical staff as compassionate, considerate, and caring as the team at the Valencia Dental Center, who make it their practice to treat patients to the fullest extent.

Joseph demonstrated patience with my anxiety throughout the entirety of my appointment, and Dr. Uribe explained everything—from the look of my x-rays to to the state of my gum and teeth health—to me in a way I understood, avoiding using medical jargon and constantly informing me of his opinions and recommendations. Dr. Bal also gave me great recommendations for orthodontists in the area, and Susie was an absolute delight in solving the very annoyingly bureaucratic insurance problems I had.

I am very fortunate to have come across the Valencia Dental Center and I certainly recommend them to anyone who wants an incredible, healing experience to the dentist.

Newly renovated space is welcoming and gorgeous. Technology is updated which makes cleanings super efficient and comfortable.

Staff is kind and knowledgeable. I had Ricardo as my hygienist today and appreciated his care for my personal needs and his time to answer additional questions about my family’s dental care. Their office manager Susie is organized and a joy to work with.

My dentist Dr. Bal was very thorough and made sure to answer all my questions. I’ve had several dentists previously that seem to recommend unnecessary and expensive treatments and I never felt that way at Valencia Dental. Great staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Valencia Dental! I had not visited a dentist’s office in a long time and was quite nervous but everyone made me feel super comfortable. I visited for a general cleaning, deep cleaning & fillings. The hygienists as well as dentist took their time to explain what they will be doing, check-in during the procedure & thoroughly explain next steps. They were also very accommodating with appointments based on my preferences. Thank you so much, look forward to visiting soon for my next check up!

I love this place! Dr. Bal and the staff (shout out to Susie!) are all amazing. Best dentist I've ever had.

Very nice office and staff. They took the time to show me proper flossing technique. Very detailed, as they found and showed me a crack in a tooth I had never known was there and no past dentists caught. Also lots of Hispanic staff including the dentist, so I think if you prefer Spanish they can definitely be a good fit for you. I heard the dentist and others all speaking Spanish at times. I felt like they took their time with me in a good way and I appreciated it.

Dr. Bal is great! Was able to sneak in for a consult after a last minute cancellation. Knowledgeable and with great bedside manner.

Dr Uribe and his staff were punctual, professional, and very friendly. They aren’t One of those places that wastes your time by making you fill out a paperwork filled with questions you already answered online. He and his assistants explained everything they did as they were doing it in clear understandable language. I truly appreciate the great work they did.

It took me a while to find a dentist in SF and I am so glad to have found Valencia Dental Center. Dr. Bal is caring, thoughtful, and knowledgable. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for as a patient. The office was recently renovated and everything is state-of-the-art.
