It was truly a smooth experience, not to mention the selection of cars they had were the best I’ve seen for a used car dealership anywhere around New England.

I just wanted to take a minute to highlight my experience with Gui. I recently purchased my first ever vehicle through him, from the beginning to end he has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process and was there to answer any questions I had, I appreciate his patience and knowledge. Most importantly I finalized the purchase with confidence and a great feeling that I picked the right dealership.

Saw a vehicle online & went down from Maine to Salem to look at it. I paid via a trade + cash; Gui was awesome. He was friendly, professional & very efficient. It was a very competitive price on a great 1-owner, low mileage Outback. The CarFive buying experience was very enjoyable & I'd buy from them again.

Guilherme and the whole team at Salem CarFive are amazing! He helped us to look at multiple trucks in house and was able to send us photos and videos of neighboring dealerships to see what was the best option for us!! The service he and the sales manager gave us were second to none. We went to a credit union prior to get approved, but Guilherme and the team were able to get my wife and I a better rate from a local lender they used! Can’t recommend him and the team there enough!!
