Great little store, Ali is the absolute best!

This store is awesome!! I have been coming to this store for a while now and Ali and Logan are so nice! They are more than willing to accommodate anything that they may not have for you and are always quick to ask you about your day and how you are doing, especially when you have been there before. Keep up the good work guys!

This is hands down the best store I have ever been to they are so great and loving to there customers so polite and generous there store has such a great variety of everything u could ever need and the best thing is they are open 24 hours 7 days a week u see the same faces everyday at this store its more than a store to the city of Salem when u walk in u can tell the great impact they have on the city of Salem they feed the homeless they have dog treats for your pets they give out little treats to the kids in the neighborhood this store seems to me as a part of the Salem mass family not just a store in the city.

I have read the reviews and I'm completely appalled! I can honestly say I go there at least twice a day for the past four years and have never had any issues. The staff has always been friendly with me.and Especially Logan, if he didn't have something I was looking for he went out of his way to make sure it was on the next delivery order. An employee that goes out of his way to make sure a customer is happy is extremely important and makes them want to keep doing business there. They will do anything for their customers and you can't ask for much more from a convenience store. I honestly can't say or think of any convenience stores that would go out of their way like that, therefore they will continue to get my business. No complaints here!!

My favorite shop. It seems like they deal with some strange accusations from less-than-ideal clientele, but Ali & Logan are amazing!! They carry some great specialty foreign candies as well.

My favorite store in the Salem area. I love this place, great convenience for food, tobacco products, or a late night snack. Open 24 hours I can always rely on this place. Ali, the manager, is awesome. My family, friends, girlfriend and I all enjoy visiting here whenever we need anything, or just want to say hi to Ali! Best convenience store around!

The only store I’ll shop! I come to this store many times throughout the week and is hands down my favorite convenient store in the area. The customer service during the day by Logan is top notch and is a prime example of great customer service to us customers and throughout the community. Keep up the great work!!! 👍🏻👏

First off I have to say I LOVE ALI!!!!! I LOVE LOGAN!!! I have know Ali since I was probably 20ish ...so about 10 years now.
He’s more of a family friend... my sister loves him, her husband loves him ...and my fiancé loves him. He is just such a caring person and will literally give the shirt off the back for you.
There have been plenty of times last year when I was struggling and both Ali & Logan have helped me. And to me that means the world.
Ali is such a great stand up genuine man and very caring. HE HAS SUCH A BIG HEART ❤
AND I’m not his only fan. He has a HUGE FAN BASE , because of his heart an personality.
This is the only convenience store I shop at. I use to live a block away, but now I moved to Beverly and I still make the trip every morning /or every night and see Logan or Ali for my cigarettes, candy, soda an things I need quickly. They are a one stop shop.
But what makes Logan and Ali so fantastic is the way they care for me and all their other customers. You can’t ask for a better duo and I am so thankful I had crossed paths with Ali .
Logan runs a great business with Ali right by his side 💙 thank you to the both of you for all you do my friends

I don't understand why people like to bad mouth people who give great service Ali and Logan are the best representatives of this store A very caring and attentive and very professional, I've been shopping at the store for a very long time and They stand out from the rest... Literally best store HANDS DOWN. Every time im im that store literally feels like home Logan & Ali literally go way and beyond to make sure you getting the best products. And bringing new things to the store. I love going to the store and dont mind the distance before i already know ima have a laugh or 2. Matter fact one night i had gome too the store with my boyfriend for snacks midway started raining and Logan was leaving for his shift and literally took time to drop us off on the way. Very Respectful, and Helpful when needed i love them.

ive been coming to this convenient store since i moved to salem and the people that work there are nothing but friendly welcoming outgoing people and they became my friends very quick they are the best only convenient store ill go too love u guys !!!! courtney

That’s false because I have been going there for about 15 years and since the banned menthols I’ve been going outta state to get my menthols since they’ve been banned Salem food store has been and still is one of the best stores around here

I went into this store and I was treated so nicely that I recommend this store to others. The store is clean, customer service is great, and coffee is always fresh.

I’ve been living in Salem my whole entire life and I’ve never met a staff so dedicated to their customers…it’s a pleasure to come here and what we that lady said about newports it’s a lie they would never do that, they take pride in their work

Ali and Logan are nice peoples we know them for years and they don’t sell Any thing like noport and sell anything for ebt
