Popped in before the holiday, nice parking, comparable prices and quick moving lines. Great selection, knowledgeable staff and easy in and out purchases.

Best liquor store in the tri-city. Their craft beer selection beats competitors big and small while pricing is true to market. Staff is great. Just keep it to yourself--don't go telling every body.

Very helpful with finding things in the store. Had a wine tasting happening tried a sample of the rose which was very nice. Dan is ordering me a hard to find hard cider which I will hopefully be able to pick up next weekend.

Went in to get a bottle of wine as a gift for a friend. I asked for a recommendation and the guy at the counter joked, "Get them beer!" But then he referred me to the "wine girl" Jenn Hone. She was personable, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me select the perfect bottle of Prosecco when I said my friend would like "something refreshing." She segued rather smoothly into finding out what I liked and I could not resist buying a bottle of the Moscato she had me sample. Not my first time in this shop, but every time I go I find the staff is helpful and the experience enjoyable.

The new manager has done great things with this place! Amazing craft beer selection with frequent tastings. They carry my favorite beer which can be really hard to find!

Busa is the best place in Salem if you're looking for craft beer options. Build your own six pack or two, or three! The options are seemingly endless.

Jenn is their wine specialist and she has a very extensive knowledge of wine. She is always pleasant and willing to help! She makes this place my favorite!

In spite of the negative things I read here, I decided to call Busa's and spoke to Mike, the helpful owner, who assisted me beyond my expectations. I needed a special delivery for my son's milestone birthday and guess what? Mike went out of his way and got a balloon and card to accompany the champagne he personally delivered. How about that!! I would like to recommend Busa's Wine and Spirits as a unique, quality store that surpasses your expectations. I suggest you ignore the unfavorable comments and follow my example.

Jen the wine specialist was a bit odd at first but she turned out be really nice and helpful. I wish her luck with everything she does.
