I original win to return something that I bought online and then buying something else. Hi did Sol check out? It was easy and quick. The only thing that I tried to use the coupons and in the self check out kept saying coupon, not a sept it that was the only sex part because I always try to save other than that. Everything went fine an smooth.

I will be shopping at Salem target more now. Want to give the salesperson named Xiomara for all the help and all her patients she helped me with. We do need more helpful people like her she went way above and beyond her help for me. Thank You again Xiomara.

I have been coming to the Salem target for many years and am happy with the selection, target circle deals and ease of finding what I need and at least a few things I didn’t need but wanted!

I frequently shop at the Salem Massachusetts location for two reasons. One most importantly, the customer service is phenomenal. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate. The second, I almost always find what I need. The store is clean and things are easy to find. Always a great experience

I purchased on line. The item did not fit. I returned it to a store. Return process was fast and easy. The store person was very polite. Great experience.

Jasmin & Justin from the Salem, MA Target are both amazing!! Excellent customer service from both of them! Jasmin located a staff member for me to see if I could purchase the display of a Halloween decoration I had been searching for at nearby Targets, but it was sold out everywhere💀Purchasing the display was my last hope! She found someone who gave us permission to buy it, and that’s where Justin came in to help get it down from the wall. Thank you all so much!!🖤🎃🖤

I ordered from Target online and went to the store to make some returns. The staff at the Returns desk took care of my returns with professionalism, speed and a friendly attitude.

I've been shopping at this Target in Salem, MA (227 Highland Ave) since it opened in 2003 and every experience has been smooth, pleasant, and professional. The store is always kept clean, items are easy to find, there are always at least 3-4 employees on the floor to help with finding merchandise and answering questions, and the layout is very open and inviting. They did an excellent job with the store remodeling in 2018, though I miss the Pizza Hut Express and snack bar! Having said that, I'm a loyal customer of this Target, and as long as I'm in the area, I'll continue to make this location my first choice for necessities. BTW, Chantelle is a great cashier and all-around person! Friendly to a tee and always willing to make a shopper feel special.

Jan at the Target in Salem, MA was super helpful at checkout !! Seeing that I had my two kids with me, she let me know of this app to download where I can upload my receipts and get rewards towards GC or cash! She said she knew how expensive kids can be and thought it would be useful for me! She was so friendly and her customer service was top notch

Have lot of items. Good quality. Sometimes great sales. And my cashier, Jose was super friendly and folded my items with great care. You can tell he has a great work ethic. One of the best cashiers I've had in a while

I got the things I ordered in half the time mentioned on the website. A call to Guest Services gave me an accomodation: I could get my merchandise delivered to my car by parking in the pickup space instead of having to go into the store to the Customer Service desk. I learned which way to order in the future but was pleased with the willingness of staff to bend the rule this time. It was my first such order with Target.

Nice layout and friendly staff. Recently had full remodel. They have newer carts that don't feel like you're off-roading haha. Love Target and this location has definitely improved over the last few years

We easily found everything we'd come for, at the same prices as advertised. When it came time to check out, the supervisor called more cashiers to open additional lines, so checkout was fast too. Very pleased!

I love the fact that the pick up area is just inside the main entrance and you do not have to traipse all the was to the back of the store to find it! Everything was ready for me to pick up in less than one hour too - super convenient!
