I used Flowers by Kim to deliver an arrangement to a friend going through a tough time. Ordering and payment were a breeze through her website. I got my invoice right away and delivery was so quick. Kim did the centerpieces and wearable florals for our wedding. We were so impressed with what she did! We told her we wanted some gold incorporated, and her team spray painted leaves for the perfect touch! She delivered and set-up everything exactly how we imagined it. Kim is one of my in law’s family friends, so I have seen a lot of beautiful arrangements by her displayed when visiting Pasco. I was so lucky to book Kim and her team to do florals for my wedding this year- she is a true professional with quick responses and clear communication, fairly priced for her stunning work, and exceeded expectations for my vision of bud vases and wild flowers. Even though the wedding was on Mother’s Day weekend which is notoriously busy for her field, she personally delivered all the florals and placed everything out for the reception and ceremony. Her support made wedding day florals a no-stress component and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or similar event in need of florals within the tri cities area!

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I ordered flowers online for delivery for Mother’s Day. The delivery was supposed to be for the day after. They were able to get it out on Mother’s Day itself. I ordered flowers at 11am and they were delivered by 1:30. I had questions and was able to talk to Kim herself. I was very impressed with the service and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this florist!

Kim did a phenomenal job with our wedding flowers! I told her what I wanted and the style I wanted and she was able to capture the essence of that perfectly. Her work exceeded my expectations not to mention her fair price in comparison to other florists in the area. She prices based on cost of the flowers you want rather than per item like many do. Some florists quoted me for $175 just for the bridal bouquet despite asking for cheaper flowers. I ended up getting all my wedding flowers for less than $900 with Kim. Thank you Kim for helping make our wedding beautiful!

Ordered flowers for Mother's day and due to a technical issue our order wasn't printed in time for delivery. We contacted Kim, who promptly responded and send our addressee a truly gorgeous bouquet of flowers as well as cupcakes from Frost Me Sweet-- all free of charge due to the mix up. It was such a generous level of customer service--she really went above and beyond!! We cannot wait to use her again and again.
