This place has never let me down. At times I think I have something that would be hard to find. Then I go to the store and lo and behold. They help me to find it every time.

To be fair, I was literally the first customer of the day, so I had the undivided attention of the staff and the run of the store. That said, the staff were excellent in their handling of my requests and personable. I was able to finish my business with them in a timely manner and was greeted at each step with a smile. Well definitely return.

Living minutes away, I frequent the store more than I’d care to admit. Fantastic selection of things so I can avoid the larger Big Box stores as often as possible. Very fairly priced and the staff is always super helpful if you need pointed in a direction.

The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the selection is decent 😁 went a little out of my way to visit this location and it was definitely worth the trip 😘

Came in to grab a battery to replace the one in my key fob, I had no idea how to do it or what to look for and was just planning to YouTube it later. I was assisted by Kat at first, she called Chris over and Chris went above and beyond and found the right battery and replaced the one in my key fob right in front of me. It was a huge help and I was very impressed with the customer service provided.

This store always surprises me with their inventory and usually have what I need.

Bought a chain saw to fix my problem from the last wind storm

My husband and I went in for a few bolts for a project and then a mister we just bought kept clogging. We had to get it fixed for our ducks and other outside animals for the heat. Raymond helped us come up with a great idea and helped us til we got all the parts to change it up. He was super knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely awesome to have help ...last time we came in I walked out very livid thinking what a holes over in paint section! Was absolutely ignored while two male rude employees helped some girl they knew. I went and bought my $250 worth of house paint at Lowes. But Raymond made us want to come back....but if I see those two that ignored us I'm leaving. They need to learn to treat customers better and not flirt with girls.

When I need parts for any of my house projects, I prefer to go to Ace Hardware rather than any other store. Their fishing outdoor section is also excellent, and I have found bass jigs that were previously unavailable at other stores on numerous occasions. The staff are also very friendly and will help you locate anything you need. :)

Always so helpful. Air conditioning felt great today. Amazing General Store that seems to have just about everything Obviously it's no big box store,. My only complaint was that their popcorn machine was down so we did not get a free bag of popcorn today. :-(

Didn't have what I needed but staff was very helpful, offering suggestions and checking ACE on-line availability. Store is well-lit with adequate aisle space and accessible shelves. Ample friendly staff offer good customer service!

We purchased a new Stihl chainsaw and had a issue with it just a few hours after the purchase. Todd the Keene Ace manger was as baffled as we where on the saw. Todd work and communicated with us throughout the process. The saw ended up here at the Richland GWY Ace for an inspection. After working through a interesting review with “John” the Stihl expert we were given a new saw! John was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Very impressed with truly great customer service from both Todd and John

I went in today to go grab some new heat lamp bulbs for my bathroom (around 5:20ish), I normally have a general Idea of where I wanna go so I started walking towards the light bulb section and had a couple employees take a look my way, eager to help me find whatever it was that I was looking for.

I grabbed my pack of 2 heat bulbs (very reasonably priced as well) and went to check out. I would like to write my review for the cashier at the front, They were very friendly and asked me if I had found everything I was looking for and proceeded to ask if I had a Ace rewards, I thought I did, so I gave them my phone number, they pulled up the info and I had mentioned my name (being a name I don't really use anymore because I'm Trans) and I think they noticed that then proceeded to ask if I wanted to change it. I was delighted to be asked and to have someone be so upfront and observant to the fact I may have been uncomfortable with that name.

So they proceeded to changed my name on the account and changed my gender. I will continue to be coming to this Ace for all my future tool/home renovation purchases because of the warm, friendly, and most importantly trans accepting cashier. ☺ (seriously thank you, it made me extremely happy)

Everytime I go in there they are always helpful. I needed a drill bit for a project of mine and one of the workers talked with me for about 5-10 mins to figure out what drill bit I needed for the job plus some tips and tricks to do it. Overall I would consider checking here first before I ever tried home Depot or Lowe's, if all 3 carried the item you need.

I usually only go to the one on G-way as it is closer to my house but they were out of a primer I needed that was on sale, so they called this store and they saved 2 gallons for me. I forgot to ask that they shake it for me, but later when I opened it I realized they did. That was great of them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to my home I don't have far to go. Prices are great. Always enjoy my visits there.

My wife and I went in this morning and received the best help we've probably ever had at any store by Will. He was very helpful and friendly.

After comparing prices they are within a couple dollars plus or minus from Walmart to Lowe's depending on what you need.
