09/02- I love WinCo! They have a lot of friendly employees willing to help. I stopped an employee with a question and although she was speeding to get to the back she stopped to answer my questions.

My next stop was the seafood. I had questions about the different salmon for sale and the young man was very knowledgeable. I ordered seafood salads as well as salmon.

I ordered a chicken meal and I was able to mix between grilled and fried chicken. The potato salad was on sale and I enjoy it.

I always shop the bulk section and stock on snacks for the week. I have been trying several spices. I can get all types of nuts to help my diabetes.
I've compared their prices with bulk items from that other huge store and WinCo comes out cheaper for me. I'll keep shopping till I fly back home.

Winco foods is definitely one of the most affordable grocery stores around. They keep costs low by not putting out weekly advertisements, & by having customers bag their own groceries. I love being able to shop certain products from their bulk bin section and not have the large amount of waste as I refill containers at home.

Wincos is an excellent super-market. Customer service as well as item access ability are all taken care of here with plenty of parking as well.

A good place to get cheap groceries. Be prepared to bag your own groceries tho.

👍🏼👍🏼 Prices are low, plus a great place if you are trying to reduce your consumption of single-use plastics, as you Can bring your own containers to use in the bulk section! Which btw is huge and has a wide variety of products.

Shopping here at this store has saved my about 35% LESS than when I shopped at Wal-Mart and had an employee's discount too.

The bulk foods and spices section particularly have cut my occasional purchases in half what I spent in the past. I simply clean and reuse the original now empty containers.

This trip was a complete success as my entire list was in stock. Helpful employees and items in places with prices clearly marked. The store is always very clean and the carts are always being put into the cart stations outside or hauled inside. This limits damages to cars parked in the lot during our wind storms. Other stores could do much better in this courtesy.

We do a large part of our grocery shopping here. To me it is your typical warehouse type store. But when you do need help they are more than willing!! Today an associate noticed one of our milks were slightly dripping while we were checking out. They took care of the leaking one and sent someone to grab another one. That's customer service!!! Thanks WinCo.

7:30 AM on a Thursday shopping. Store is clean, stocked, quiet, and checks tends open.

I shop there quite a lot. Always good people and the best overall prices I have seen. Fiesta Foods is often lower on produce. The downside to WinCo is the variety. Which is not as wide as Yokes and some others. But 97% of everyday items they are great.

Clean, shelves full and the employees are nice and welcoming. I recommend this WinCo over the Kennewick one.

Kinda busy at times.. don't go on Sundays if your in a hurry

The food is made fresh, the service is fantastic and it has a really nice atmosphere. They remembered me from my first visit several months ago, which really made me feel welcomed there. The food was phenomenal!

I shop at 4am because there are very few shoppers at that time. Lots of workers stocking shelves. However, they have everything. Way more than other grocery stores. Prices are very good as well.

The customers coming out of this store are very nice and they always look out for me. But they trust past me from the store so I don't go in the store. Anymore ? What can I do about that.

One stop shopping grocery store, and the prices are fantastic compared to other local stores. Excellent customer service, and always have many check out cashiers. Many other stores for your needs in the plaza. Convenient location I'm Richland . Many handicap parking, and handicap entrance/exit.

Only good grocery store chain in the tricites. The prices are significantly better than the other stores. Produce is fresh...hope they don't go downhill like the others...they have consistently good quality produce...

WINCO is a great grocery store with lower prices that Safeway, Albertsons or Walmart. Their fresh produce is top grade. Excellent meat dept too. A small deli but it has a enough for meals ready made. Their bakery is quite pleasant with an array of pies and breads. I'm very fond of shopping here and highly recommend it.

This is the best grocery store in Richland. They have the widest selection and lowest prices. Know that you will need to bag your own groceries- they don't have a clerk doing that for you like at some other places. I actually prefer that, as I'm particular about how I bag things so its easier to unload when I'm home. They also don't accept credit cards - debit only. These are all measures to keep costs low and therefore prices for us. Everyone who works there is very friendly - this is an 'employee owned company' and it certainly shows through in their work. I think it's cool that most employees rotate their work - sometimes you'll see someone cashiering, another day they'll be stocking aisles. I imagine this helps them not get bored with one type of repetitive function.

Great place to shop. Employees are very helpful. The meat department is the best in town, and has almost every cut of beef imaginable! WinCo is the low price leader of all of it's competitors, so expect to pay less than anywhere else.
