Bought a beautiful 2016 Chevy tahoe from Alex. Very nice vehicles on the lot. Small dealership. Be patient with them as it is only a few people with a lot of demand. Communication isn’t as great as you’d like but customer service is great. Thanks Alex and team for helping us get into our new to us Tahoe!

I purchased a Luxury SUV from this business online. I put full faith in their honesty and professionalism with my financing and purchase and even assisting with my out of state titling back and forth with no disappointment. The vehicle listing was accurate and met my expectations upon arrival to Wakefield. I flew in from Alaska to pick up this vehicle and drive it back up the Alcan, a very strenuous and treacherous drive for any vehicle. My SUV performed flawlessly even Better than what I had expected. Alex who now I would like to call a friend along with the Wakefield staff, had my best interests as his top priority. They went out of their way to have my vehicle safety inspected, cleaned, and a new oil change to ensure it was prepared for the arduous journey across the North American continent. Alex and the others at Wakefield are real people and they will treat you as you treat them, in my case with respect and care for each others business and well being. I have never had a used auto sales team take care of me the way Wakefield Auto Gallery did, Incredible. You get back what you put in, if you don't want to put in the extra dollar, you're going to be less fortunate and not satisfied. What a great deal, value, and experience overall. Thanks so much!

If you're buying a car, do your research. There is no substitute for being well prepared. But, definitely put this place on your radar. Generally, dealing with car salesmen, is similar to invasive dental procedures. Alex was extremely easy to deal with. He knew what I wanted, and he went out of his way to make the deal happen for me. I couldn't be happier.

Great guys to deal with, they try hard to find you a great rate! I bought a clean 2013 Ridgeline and can't be happier with it. I left them a small deposit and two days later we were talking about all my options and on the third day I picked up the SUV with everything set up for me. All that was left was to install the plates from my old car and drive off. A few days later my registration came in the mail and I went and got inspection sticker.

A really good experience of buying my preowned Chevy Traverse here. Good price and good condition. I dealt with Alex, and he is phenomenal great stand up guy. I didn't feel pressured to buy and overall looks out for his customers and tries to meet their needs as best as he can. Ended up leaving here happy with a 2021 Kia Forte.

Just bought a very nicely kept, pre-owned SUV from Danny at WAG. Great experience that didn't take all day like a big dealership. No pressure, friendly service. We were able to take the car to be evaluated at a mechanic and although the car was in great shape there were some small things we wanted done and he made it happen for us. It's a really crazy time to buy a car but I still feel like we paid a reasonable price for what we bought. Financing options were great too - they can basically accommodate any kind of financing structure you want. Couldn't be happier and will definitely buy from him again if/when we look for our next vehicle.

Alex & the owner Danny were super friendly and helpful the whole time, even helped me deal with my insurance company through the process of buying a first car.

When the car had an issue, I brought it back, they covered the repairs under the warranty and had it fixed right away! Feels good knowing they didn’t try and brush it off or pretend like nothing is wrong.

The staff at Wakefield Auto Gallery were fantastic to deal with. I truly appreciate their no pressure sales approach. The lot was filled with upscale, high-quality, used vehicles. Each vehicle is stunning! If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle this is a place to go. I absolutely love the 2015 Toyota Tacoma I bought. In fact, Danny the manager made sure of that.

We had a specific SUV specification in mind, we stopped in this Auto Gallery and took a look at some vehicles, they were all very clean and better kept than most dealers shops we had been to. After speaking to Alex he quickly identified our needs and with no pressure discussed the options they had available. As we continued to shop around we ended up back there three times because we changed our minds on the model of vehicle and focused in on a Rav4 that they had on the lot. Each time we were there we were treated very professionally by Alex and JD. These guys never pressured us and when we chose the Rav4 to purchase Alex was right on it. I was impressed at how organized he is with the process. They took care of everything, JD worked great with us and it was breeze, we were in they car in no time. I would say to judge this one for yourself, we truly had no issues and would go back there again.

super great dealer. very nice people to work with. When I saw the review I was not sure if this is a good place. But then I come here myself, the sec I was in the parking lot I knew that second, YOU should not listen to the bad reviews. The people who said bad thing about this dealership, they are probably wrong or saw it the wrong way. As soon as I walk into the building I was shot with kindness, like how you day doing, and etc. They did not even talk about the prices. We worked everything out with deals, prices. They will help you find the right prices and a great used vehicle you and your family.

If you're looking for a dealer with shiny floors, free coffee, and salesmen who follow you around, then you should head to a Toyota, Chevy, Kia, etc. dealer. However, if you're looking for a car dealer who puts everything right on the table, then give Wakefield Auto Gallery a shot. I am a first time car buyer (just graduated college) and had a bad experience at a Toyota near Worcester. I had the pen in hand ready to sign for a Kia until the lies came clear. I walked out of that Toyota dealer and found Wakefield Auto Gallery about a week later. I read the reviews for these guys and decided to give them a shot. They have an additional lot so there's even more cars that what you may see when you pull in. I experienced no push to buy a car right then and there. I simply test drove it and had the time to decide for myself. I also liked how easy it was to be able to finance it through my own bank. Most dealers almost make it seem mandatory to finance through them (the reason I left that Toyota dealer). As soon as I mentioned financing through my own bank, there was no more talk about financing through Wakefield Auto. Big thanks to JD and Alex for helping me purchase my vehicle. I highly recommend either of the two. JD has also been very helpful dealing with the behind the scenes work with the RMV and my bank and is on point with communicating through every step of the purchase. Great work gentlemen.

Matt was great!!! Gave me space while I checked out the car. He was honest and upfront. I’m sure I was annoying cause I called him at least 6 times (in one day) and his attitude was always friendly
The manager who was filling out the paperwork was a little pushy for the $1 difference in the check I had and the total he had; but he did let it go
