Great location! Electric vehicle charging in the front and great parking. Very accessible, right in the center of Wakefield.

Wide selection of items. Some of which I can’t find at other stores, namely ethnic foods.

Excellent cutomer service. Very pleasant staff in all departments. They employ people with disabilities and treat them with respect and kindness. The store is always clean and well stocked. There is a nice variety of prepared meals that are reasonably priced.

Clean store with most items on shelves. Usually an easy shop. People are friendly and helpful. Great deli area! Prices are reasonable and their "Signature" brand is as good or better than name brands at a lower cist.

So seriously- if you are not using Shaws for grocery pickup service you definitely should. 1- I find the app easy to use 2. You don’t have to arrive in a silly 1 hour window. They have it ready at your earliest arrival, but you can pick up any time before closing 3. You get a summary of substitutions and out of stock BEFORE you arrive. That way you can plan to stop elsewhere if necessary for any “must have” items. 4. The MOST IMPORTANT reason is an employee - ARI in the grocery pickup service. Conscientious, helpful, polite, and goes above and beyond. Called to double check items On the list, always helpful with substitutions. Has saved more than one weekend dinner or event for me. Amazing! Give it a try!

The thing I like about Shaw's is they carry products that I can't find at any of the other local grocery stores. And their things that I really like. And they have pretty good sales. And I've always found the staff to be friendlier than a lot of other grocery stores.

This is a great store. There's plenty of parking it's updated with electric charging stations as well as plenty of handicap parking. Stores clean with alot of healthy products at a great price as well as carrying a great selection of Dietz & Watson deli. The night store manager Steve Simone is a great guy who takes pride in his work. I always see him working on the floor chipping in helping out anyone in need.

The changes they have made over the years really make them a wonderful place to shop. Prices and sales seem to routinely outcompete Stop & Shop.

Store layout and design is comfortable and makes sense. They're really a pleasure. Had another great experience today at the deli. The girl presented the professional attention to detail and friendliness that really represents this market well.

Ashlynn is a fantastic employee, they’ve always been so friendly and helpful and were super kind taking care of a refund for me. Overall great store, clean and quiet.

The place is clean and well organized. They recently rearranged the store. It took me a while to find stuff but it's fine. They usually have good deals too.

A little more pricey than Phoenix or places in Ohio. Very good selection.

I Love this Shaw's because the people that work here are Awesome. They will go that extra mile just to help you out. It can get pretty crowded and they don't always have enough registers open but if you go in the morning during the week you will get the older people that work there and have a much better experience, I believe. They have a new manager, and he is very sweet, his name is Joel, ask for him if you have an issue of any kind, he will help you or at least try. Their Bakery is Top Notch , their Seafood is Alway Fresh and inviting. The Produce is Fresh and Plentiful. The Floral Dept does an Amazing Job, The Women at Check Out in the mornings during the week, Rock. Very caring individuals. It is not perfect, but it is where I myself do about 90% of my shopping. They have Awesome Sales and I Enjoy shopping there. Check it out. I personally love to shop in This Store.

Although the store is highly over priced, I shop here for the quality of the produce and meats BUT only buy items when on sale and use their app to shop with the additional savings through digital coupons, which makes it a really good deal and well worth the trip.

Been shopping at Shaw's ever since it took over the old Cerretani's supermarket location in Melrose. I now shop the newer Wakefield location ever since it opened. Long time Wakefield employee Andrea is fabulous and always available to help out a customer. She's the type of person who gets the job done, whatever it might be. Shout out to Wayne in the meat department, and floral always has the best selection. This store is neat and clean. Well stocked and has good prices. Get the app and don't miss out on the sales.

It's my "go to" store. The staff are very courteous, helpful and willing to assist. The store is well stocked and the price of items are reasonable. Even through these trying times, the store has maintained its integrity and dedication to patrons.

The staff is always so nice and very helpful. They always try and go the extra mile for you. They have the best sales and parking is never a problem. I am so happy that they are in Wakefield. They are a hidden gem!

Large, clean location, with a lot of help. Also, I want to applaud my cashier David and the bagger that was helping him, Connor. I was checking out and my two year old son who is non verbal and on the ASD was cranky, crying and overall upset. Connor and David kept him entertained with the simplest thing. They were making objects go up and down the conveyer belt. He was laughing hysterically and smiling. So.... Again, thank you David and Connor for your simple kindness. It makes this mama really happy🙂
