CVS

So grateful to Natalia! I left cash in the machine at self checkout yesterday. I phoned and she had it. She refused a reward saying it was her job. Thank you!

I really like this CVS. The personnel seem pleasant and efficient, both at the same time. I love how all the shelves always seem fully stocked and it is quite clean and tidy. My favorite CVS store.

Came in today to get a prescription filled for a fussy 1 year old. When I went in they said it would be ready shortly and seeing how aggravated she was said they would prioritize it. I had to get some other things in the store so I grabbed those and my 1 year old shortly there after just lost it. Eager to rush out and get my baby home, I noticed the line of people at the pharmacy and my heart sank. Checked outside, the line around the building was equally as long. Came back in to get in line when the pharmacist noticed me and called me out quickly telling me I’m next and they would get me out as soon as they could. The pharmacists all really rallied around making sure I had what I needed and getting me out quickly, and not in a rude way at all, but clearly caring of the situation and the stress I was under. I didn’t get to say thank you as I rushed out quick and I don’t typically leave reviews but really wanted to say thank you to the pharmacists there that helped me today (woman with white blonde hair and a man with dark hair and glasses).

I am writing in reference to Crystal whom is located in the Wakefield Store. I have been coming to the photo booth for years when my children were very young and now they are 25 and 28 years of age. I wanted to share the beautiful experience I had yesterday with Crystal when she helped me download my son pictures of the New York Marathon. She noticed his face commented what a wonderful event and we shared a few wonderful words on the experience. Crystal is very personable and trusting. Most of all Crystal is WHY THE WAKEFIELD CVS IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL STORE TO COME IN. She embraces customers, with their needs in a nice pleasant way. I want to add I run my business in Lynnfield Center but I live in Boston. I must pass by about 10 CVS on the way to the Wakefield CVS. I come to Wakefield because of Crystal. Crystal is an asset to CVS and should be your go to person because she is above a beyond five star review! There is not enough words for Crystal to put in a review! OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I run my own business and she has what it takes to run a business. Thank You

I felt the need to write a review about the neighborhood CVS. There are many bad reviews on here, and mostly drive thru problems. Well, I go in the store to pick up my medication and the pharmacy employees are wonderful. (Edmund in particular is fabulous.) They have helped me with questions about my health insurance, they get my Rx ready quickly, and the pharmacist is always willing to stop what she's doing to speak with me if I have a question. They have even helped me with a workman's comp claim. This place is nice and they work hard.

A little difficulty getting through. However, each person I have spoken to has been very helpful, going above and beyond.

Pharmacist Nancy was extremely kind and patient to help me figure out my kids insurance problem. I will continue to use this pharmacy because of her

Very nice store, one of the better CVS' I've been to. Always a friendly person to help you out and they always seem to have what I need

I love the customer service and the fact that there are two entrances and exits which make it easier for everyone especially myself.

You can usually get iñ ànd out as quickly as necessary.
