They took me in right away, while my regular dentist ignored me, even tho I had a broken wisdom tooth. The dentist was courteous. Explained every option, and proceeded to extract said tooth very smoothly. I was kinda sick for 2 days afterwards, either from shock or from antibiotics. But I was very pleased with the treatment I received. Charming young indian lady dentist, not too bossy, very kind and compassionate. I will definitely switch to this practice. BTW, Patty the receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Very friendly people. My dental hygienist, Courtney, is exceptionally nice, courteous, and patient with me while she cleans my teeth. She answers all of my questions and puts me at ease. I’m very nervous at the dentist and I always ask her to talk about her family while I’m there(gives me something else to concentrate on). I look forward to seeing her. Dr. Wilson also takes the time to answer my questions and is very friendly. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist you won’t be at Newburyport Family Dental.

As always, excellent staff, clean and cozy location, and educational, friendly hygienist. The view of Market Square is a bonus!

I am a new patient to Newburyport Family Dental. I was impressed from the start when I made the initial phone call. Kathleen was welcoming, friendly and helped me with setting an appointment. She made sure to send the paperwork necessary for a new patient too. On the day of the visit, I was impressed with the pandemic protocols the office had in place and how careful everyone was.
Trillan was great! She explained everything as she went along, and her hands were gentle. I have sensitive teeth and having a gentle touch made teeth cleaning a better experience.
Dr. Lee was thorough, and friendly.

My first visit to Newburyport Family was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted very warmly by the ladies at the front desk and then brought into the spotless and charming treatment rooms. Everything is up to date and state of the art. I was treated by Dr J Lee for a new crown which was completely finished on the same day. The entire procedure was very comfortable and painless and I felt completely attended to during the entire visit.
I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking high quality dentistry with a staff that really cares about their patients

A crown had popped off and we were in the area traveling from our home in Alabama. Called in the morning and had an appointment in the afternoon. Wonderful staff and the dentist took care of me with no problems. Great people!

Have been with this practice, plus my son from childhood, since the mid-1990s. Dr. Reczek was terrific, and up-to-date with new technologies. The new generation at the practice seem great, too, and hygienists like Renee from the old regime. Dr. Li just did a crown for me in about 1 1/2 hours. Good folks, excellent dental practice.

In the very short time that I have spent at Newburyport Family Dental, all the staff have been nothing but kind and professional. Dr. Lee had figured out in 5 minutes what my two previous dentists have missed within the last year that had caused me a lot of tooth pain and dental office anxiety. The ladies at the front desk are also super welcoming and kind! I would highly recommend.

This was my first visit with Dr. Lee at Newburyport Family Dental. In spite of some bad news regarding the work I’ll need to have done, I felt that everyone - Dr. Lee, the hygienist, and the office staff - was helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I will happily continue to receive my dental care there!
