Just bought my first bag from Vaalbara from their website and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Before purchasing I did contact Emily and she helped me out with all the questions I had and was so kind. The quality of the bag I received was better than I imagined. I would 100% recommend these beautiful bags to anyone. I ended up ordering the clutch bag and also ordered a strap to go with it. In ordering the strap I can now use the bag as a clutch or a cross body. I have since received dozens of compliments.

My Vaalbara bag is perfect for fitting anything and everything. I always keep at least two pair of sunglasses within arms reach.

I'm completely obsessed with Vaalbara's bags and their new store in Newburyport! I was first introduced to Vaalbara a few years ago and fell in love with the unique designs... these are definitely bags that people stop and ask me about when I'm carrying them. Now that the store is open, I've stopped in a few times to grab gifts for friends' birthdays or diaper bags for my friends who are about to be first-time moms. The store is so welcoming, and the people who work there are super helpful!

LOVE Vaalbara. The fabrics are gorgeous & I love supporting a family company. I have the baby diaper bag which is a lifesaver, and several clutches, each is beautiful and totally unique. 5 stars all the way.

This shop was so cute and warm, plus the items are one of a kind. Let's not forget to mention the beautiful black lab that welcomes you!! I found a pair of glasses that I loved and my husband love them too but wanted a different color. I called the shop and the owner answered and processed payment over the phone for the ones I was looking for! Not to mention she texted me pictures to make sure they were the same ones! Above and beyond customer service and I am very grateful that they saved me the travel and shipped to me for free!!

This company has amazing customer service. I had bought a bag on vacation that ended up being defective. I emailed the company and notified them. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement. I love the bags. The patterned and the soft leather. I will be buying all my bags from them in the future.

I am a HUGE fan of this store - great vibe, good people, and great gear. The bags are awesome - we have 5 now. Especially love the diaper bag (it's not easy looking cool carrying a diaper bag, but somehow they pull it off.)

I also have to say I love the staff at the store. Really nice, helpful, but not pushy. Just a really great shopping experience.

I had a top-notch experience at their store in Newburyport, Ma. It has to be the best new store that Newburyport has had in the last few years. I had to buy a "cool" present for my younger sister and was very stressed to say the least. The staff helped me pick out the perfect clutch and i was excited to have such a well crafted unique gift. My sister loved it and went back and bought a couple other bags to match the one i had given her. I will be back for the holiday season without a doubt.

I just got my friend a Vaalbara clutch for her b-day...she was so f---ing stoked! If I remember correctly it was from the "Aquinnah" collection. Not really sure what that's all about, but I will tell you that the craftsmanship is pretty sick. The people that sell these bags are the coolest and they are committed to sustainability and using local materials. Highly recommended!
