Smitten

Just had my first shopping experience at Smitten. The clothes are just lovely. The women working there were so helpful and best of all, they were honest on what looked good, or just ok.

I have been shopping at Smitten since they opened. This is my GO TO place for fashion. The clothes are beautiful and they carry things you don't see everywhere which I love.
The service is personal and caring and they always help me put together outfits which is exactly what I need. It's like having my own stylist! They don't pressure you at all, and they make shopping fun. I feel that the clothes that they carry strike the perfect balance between being on trend but still appropriate for my age. Every time I wear something from Smitten I get compliments.
I spend part of the year out of the New England area -June, the owner lets me shop via FaceTime with her and then sends me what I select. How fun is that!!?
Then I head straight to Smitten as soon as I am back in the area. Her whole team is wonderful and I look forward to shopping there. They make it fun and I always walk out with fabulous outfits. I cannot say enough about this shop. Do yourself a favor and go check them out!!

Wonderful customer service! My daughter and i were in there yesterday. Both ladies assisted in finding me exactly what i wanted. Truly passionate about their shop! Delightful merchandise choices. So refreshing to actually go in a store and love what you see!

Stopped in with my wife before going to dinner. She had wanted to stop in there for awhile now and finally got the opportunity. We were not greeted or even acknowledged while we were there. Three ladies were having a conversation not store related, we weren’t sure who worked there until we asked a question. My wife thought the clothes were cute but doubtful she’d go back.

EXTREMELY CURT ....older women employed there who were NOT welcoming at all...spent over 400.00$ there but will NOT be going back. Will take my business over to Native Sun where they are friendly and very accommodating word to the wise DO NOT shop there

The ladies working in the store were unwelcoming and rude. I would not recommend shopping there.
