Marshalls

I feel so blessed to be able to live on paradise island, aka Gloucester and still have such a WONDERFUL Marshalls in town, with the right products, great pricing and excellently managed store. Now that they got rid of some less than friendly managers in the past, the current staff is top notch. Today I had another case of needing to return some items, and get help for gifts to friends in from Japan. Tara, still relatively new, was so patient, kind and efficient, that she had me taken care of and happy within 15 minutes. Karen is an amazing manager & Natalie dresses me!

Great selection, especially shoes. Pleasant staff. Clean store. Good prices. Clothing, some gourmet foods, household products and decorative items available.

As always... But since Covid-19 I don't see any great choices. Just your standard brands... Nothing special.

Got there about s half hour after opening. The store was well stocked, well lit, clean. There was sufficient staffing on the floor and at the registers. Items were clearly priced. Check out went smoothly and quickly. Cashier was pleasant and helpful, all in all a pleasurable shopping experience

It is always a great choice on perfume section for Christmas gifts 🎁!!! And red underwear 😸

Found everything I needed easily! Got some cheap $12 shorts and an $8 shirt and some sandals I really like. Store is clean and tidy and the clothes are in the appropriate sections. My folks love shopping here as well and find many popular toys for my daughter at bargain prices. Would definitely recommend you come by this Marshalls, even if you don't normally shop at them. Surrounding plaza is nice too. Great that they finally have stores in Gloucester again where you can buy clothes etc. Since Ames closed, have to leave the island for a lot of department store type needs. Marshalls fills that role nicely!

What's not to live about Marshall's? They have everything and grateful they're here in Gloucester. Saves me so many trips down the line

Marshall's has been my "go to" store ever since the 70s! I've haunted the original North Beverly store, followed it when it moved to Liberty Tree Mall, found a branch in Asheville, NC, and am THRILLED that they've come to Gloucester Crossing. Some days nothing speaks to you, and other times you hit a goldmine. Generally good quality items at fantastic prices. Love it.

Great prices on even greater products, you really can't go wrong here.

I even recently learned, upon some holiday mayhem, that even if there is a town-wide power outage, the Marshalls registers can, and will, run on backup power, in the dark, as they move as many customers through the line as they as quickly as possible.

Absolutely love Marshalls especially the one in Gloucester. When shopping for my son who is growing like a weed that is running a race, it makes the sneaker shopping far less painful! Instead of spending $190 on a pair of sneakers I can a pair for 40 bucks and they're just as good

Marshalls in Gloucester, I think is the best because it doesn't get as picked over as the mall. But, it's like anything, it can be a hit or miss. I lived in Boston n the Marshalls there always had trendy , more competitive choices because of the competition
I like the Gloucester 1 a lot

The people who work there are very nice, I prefer to shop online, but I go with my wife. I just wish I wasn't always bumping into people at every turn.

It's a great place to shop!!! Especially today me and my daughter did a good deed and it got paid forward back it was great!!!
