The store manager is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Came right up to me, smiling and wanting to help. He was interacting with everyone he came across, and helped me solve my issue within 5 minutes.. I definitely recommend this store! I wish I knew his name, he was absolutely amazing!

Went in for a leaf blower Tom in lawn and Garden made it easy explained the differences and had me out the door in 20 minutes even got a cart and loaded it up for me

Looking for two specific cables for a project. Empty spot on the rack where they are stocked. Nikki was able to confirm they were in the store, found them, and had them to me promptly. Great experience from a local business!

I had a washing machine delivered by Linn Star Transport, who Home Depot contracts for deliveries. It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company, as the delivery guys left the washer I paid to have hauled away in the middle of the parking lot at my condo complex. Then after six calls to both Home Depot Customer Service and the company itself yesterday (both of the Linn Star Transport customer service agents hung up on me because I wouldn't accept a "we will have to call you back.") So after they failed to return yesterday to pick it up, as they told Home Depot customer service they were going to do, I called Home Depot Customer Service again this morning and was told the delivery company would not return to pick up the washer for three days, and they were closed on Sundays so she couldn't get in touch with them, she put me in contact with the store my order was associated with (S Lindbergh store) and their management was fantastic. They were able to send out a supervisor to pick the washer up this afternoon. This experience has been a nightmare, but I was extremely thankful to the team at this location for going above and beyond. I am giving 5 stars for this location, but am extremely disappointed that Home Depot has contracted such a shady and unprofessional delivery company. I read all of Linn Star Transfer's Google reviews which are 95% 1 star reviews for similar unprofessional, and again, shady business practices. If I were to give a review of Home Depot in general, they would not get 5 stars because of contracting such a this company to represent them. Thanks to Harris and the other management at this store for finding a way to pick up the washer on a Sunday when they don't normally handle the deliveries themselves and keeping me for getting fined by my HOA for dumping. While I will continue to shop at this particular Home Depot, I will never again purchase an appliance from them as long as they continue to contract such a terrible company to do their deliveries.

Home Depot always has everything I need for my home improvement needs.  I'm a ProXtra member & on this day the self check-out register would not allow me to input my ProXtra membership along with my military discount.  Raven, in customer service, was able to resolve both issues & even provided an explanation.  Excellent customer service is becoming a lost art.  Great job on her part.

Prices are good, products are everywhere & it's STILL hit & miss finding someone to help. Standing in an isle for 10 minutes no one asked if I needed help. Weird considering almost every trip I need help & support so I don't screw it up. Still though, a ton of products.

By far my favorite 'big box' store. Everything you ever need (or didn't know you needed) all in one place. Great staff, parking and prices👏

We love Home Depot. We go to all the children workshops. First Saturday of the month 9AM to 12 or until they run out of kits.. They have all the tools and kits you need for the project. The kids get a pin for each project they complete plus whatever they created. The staff are friendly and the rest of the store isn't bad either.

Ordered a deep freezer. It was delivered but damaged. I was upset because this has happened before in KC and the KC store manager told me tough luck.

This store manager had two guys deliver me a new one and take the damaged one from my basement. I couldn’t be happier. That’s superb customer service. He made it right. Again, that’s way more than KC did for me with two damaged husky tool chests.

I’m going to specifically shop here because this store manager and his two moving guys were great.

This Home Depot is the best around. The employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I've gone from a former Lowe's fan to a Home Depot fanatic! (To be fair, I still use Lowe's on occasion.) Generally it's the Arnold Home Depot I visit, but I've not had a bad experience there, Sunset Hills, or the South Lindbergh location. Employees are available, helpful, and know their store well.

I do not do a lot of shopping here, but I love conversing with the staff. You guys rock

If I'm going to go to one of the big box hardware stores, it has to be this Home Depot! It is always well stocked with whatever I'm looking for, and on this particular visit I walked in the door and someone immediately said "what can I help you find?" I said air filters and was directed immediately, to the exact aisle whereupon I was confronted by a wall of options, and was having a bit of trouble finding what I had been told to purchase, when not one, but two(!) Home Depot Associates offered to assist me. They helped me find what I had been advised to purchase, and then explained why what I needed to purchase was important for my fairly new HVAC system. So not only did I get what I needed quickly and efficiently, but I also learned something important that day! Thank you Home Depot for hiring and training such knowledgeable associates!
