Nice store with a lot of options, but the main review is for the Loncheria located in the back. This is the most authentic Mexican food you're going to find in St. Louis. Every visit is a good one and I love sharing this hidden gem with friends and family.

We stopped by here one day just to grab some Goya stuff to cook with, and ended up coming back for the cafe a few months later. We have had the tortas on Cherokee St. many times and were glad to find this place closer to home. The tortas here aren't quite as good as our usual stop on Cherokee St., but the fact we don't have to drive to the city pretty much negates any differences.

The dining area is small, as well as the menu, but it's worth a stop for a cheap lunch if you're at the Home Depot anyway.

In the very back of this store, you will find the most authentic Mexican dining experience in missouri. Don't confuse it with your typical tex-mex restaurant. Real Mexicans cooking for real Mexicans. I love to get lunch here and feel like I am on vacation in the rivera maya.

If you want real authentic food this is the place ! The menu is small but so delicious!! They have good refreshments to, the mango water is my favorite. Oh and they make the tortillas fresh btw :) it also has a small store where you can find delicious Mexican snacks, medicines, and accessories. I recommend 10/10

This is by far the best Mexican food in South County, if not in all of STL. This is real, made to order, authentic Mexican food. No hard shell tacos or ground beef here. Everything
is very cheap, too. The quality of the food definitely exceeded the price! Both you and your wallet will leave full :)

This Mexican grocery store has a best-kept-secret hole-in-the-wall authentic taco stand inside. The tacos rival street vendors south of the border. Every thing is homemade. My daughter said, "their food is better than bacon🥓!" You will not be disappointed!!

Huge selection. Lots of spices and snacks that you can't find elsewhere. Store also includes a street taco cafe in back. We will return

Went to get dried peppers and ended up eating some of the best tacos and tamales I've had! Highly recommend a visit to eat and shop here!! Yummy 😋

Whenever we crave tacos, La Tienda is where we like to go. Tacos aren't the only good food there, they've got quesadillas and burritos worth trying and when they have the empanda it's fantastic!
They also have a mini grocery store you can shop while waiting for your food to cook. The people that work there are always super friendly and helpful.

The food is very authentic and when i don't feel like cooking i can trust that they will serve me the absolute best. What can I say? Their cooking is just as good as if I would have cooked it. I like that!

I LOOOVE Mexican food and when I first moved to the area all the food was Americanizeed. Then I found this jewel. Authentic Mexican Food, the chef spoke broken English. I knew it was going to be a great meal and it was. This is the ONLY Mexican I eat in the area. Do yourself a favor and get some.

The people here are very friendly and have a sense of humor. The food is amazing and every time I think about their food my mouth waters. Not only is it a restaurant but it is also a store. Mexican store and recommended 100%

I got 2 Tacos De Chicharones and a Chorizo and Barbacoa Quesadilla all on Hand made Tortillas! Though they didn't have Trippas or any other of the Meats that gross out most Guero's it was delicious and way better than stuff you find on Cherokee. I think North,South,West County(yes Ballwin has 2 real Taquerias)and the Eastside have the best real Mexican Food! Chingon and 5 Stars from this Grondote Guero!

This hidden gem has AMAZING authentic food that is very well priced. Their burritos could feed at least 2 people. Highly recommended!

Brooke is crazy, the lady is a sweetheart. It looks sketchy but the food is really good and authentic. Wish they had a liquor license so I could wash it down with a beer but I come here almost every time I go to Home Depot.
