Oldies Marketplace

Antique store in a huge barn on the historic waterfront in Newburyport. Dozens of individual vendors are represented but there is one checkout station. They have a no haggling policy but their prices are decent. They have glassware, posters, tools, magazines, decorative items, silverware, furniture, clothing, and many other things. Usually pretty busy on the weekend and lots of people in line to buy.

With love from PI. Oldies is wonderful and I have gone there for about 30 years now. Always something cool to be had. I just bought this vintage rifle lamp for my collection! After cleaning and rebuilding everything, she is ready for my War Room. The rifle itself is an Italian Brescia Model 1870 Vetterli bolt action. Not a rare gun but sure looks good! Had a blast in this place, but I was also with impeccable company. Lots of fun stuff to look at and purchase at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and ran with my terrible jokes. I bought a turquoise and silver necklace as well as a lighthouse napkin holder for a friend. I wear the necklace at least 3 times a week, so unique. My friend bought a funky ring and we are now writing a little story about it.

Huge Barn Full of Antiques!

It was bustling with activity Sunday. Families shopping together, grandkids asking their grandparents what things are. You really could spend hours just looking at everything, and many do...

Service is friendly and kind. When I apologized for not buying more, the man at the door said, "But did you have fun?"

I'm still on the hunt for a fireplace screen and they are too! There is a great selection for everyone. I go in for old Christmas decor. Lovely place. Great view of the water, too!

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for treasures

the barn is great and the prices are very fair. There is a lot of items from low price to higher price items. But they have items I have never seen being sold in any antique like setting. Everyone in the family will have a great time checking out all the different items. The kids will love it as well. Also the town itself is just outstanding and a great stop. Tons of great stores and different shops and places to eat. Great place for ice cream and or pizza.
We love it here. Stop on our way up to Maine.

Always a fun place to look around. Wish they had a bit more tools to look at. Went last weekend looking for a manual push mower because I don't want to use gas. Unfortunately their tool section was a bit sparse. But they have a lot of other cool stuff

Great antiques, a friendly and helpful staff, really great prices for things like these despite them being so old and hard to find.

Great place to visit while in Newburyport even if you are not into antiques. Wonderful collection of older items with something for everyone, furniture, books, vintage clothing, jewelry. Check it out.

Nice consignment shop! Little bit of everything here. Just off the boardwalk in Newburyport. Good for a day trip!
