Order: Chocolate chip cookie the size of my face, Peanut Butter Nutella cookie, and a Financier cookie (aka brown butter and sugar).

Pros: The butter content in these cookies will fill in every hole in your broken or exhausted heart. If you want to be responsible you can cut them in half and share with someone you really love, but if you've had a real Monday one whole cookie is just what the doctor ordered. The cookies look simple, but definitely not something I'd have the patience to perfect like they did.

Cons: If you go in the morning you're probably leaving with a coffee, scones, and cookies to go - just don't say I didn't warn you.

Delicious gluten free savory tart. They had gluten free scones and cookies as well. Lots of great options. I only tried the tart and it was wonderful. Kids had the dinosaur donuts. 10/10 🦕 ♥

LOVE THEIR COOKIES! We first tried figtree at the Exeter’s Farmer’s Market and loved the Chocolate Toffee cookies so much that we placed an order for a birthday party. The cookies were ready for pickup as expected, and all came individually wrapped with the ingredients, which was extremely helpful to our guests. These were a huge hit! We also tried the Blueberry and Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, Morning Bun and French Toast Croissant when we picked up and loved those as well. Looking forward to getting more treats soon, and would strongly recommend for larger events!

I just had the most incredible, melty chocolate chip muffin. OMG it was somehow melty at room temp; the chocolate was more like large bits of ganache. I could not have asked for a more sumptuous bite. Does not fall apart, is super moist so not crumbly/cakey, and also happens to be vegan so not heavy. Similar to chocolate banana bread but smooth throughout, with soft crunch on the edges. High quality.
I can't believe I'm going on about a muffin, but this is the perfect muffin. Such a great choice! Thanks :)

Chocolate chip banana muffin was PHENOMENAL! It's always so refreshing to find a bakery with allergy friendly options that are reasonably priced and taste amazing. If you didn't tell me the muffin was vegan I would have had no idea.

Good food, just wish there was more space for dining in.

Katie and her staff are amazing at delighting the tastebuds of their customers all the time, and today was no exception! We ordered a basket of little treats for the guests at our mother's memorial service today and they were appreciated and devoured! There were kid-approved chocolate chip cookies, decadent brownies and my personal favorite, the ginger molasses cookies. She even asked if we would like a special label on them to honor "Our Sweet Mama." Thank you again, Katie for your thoughtful presentation and scrumptious treats.

I was there by the end of the day so I didn't get to see full selection , but !!! Penut butter cookie with Nutella was probably one of the best cookies I had in my life and I have tried quite a bit coming from NYC . Thank you , please keep them on the menu , that cookie alone is worth driving to Newburyport:)

Sconelicious! Great assortment of savory to sweet scones and croissants, you name it -yum! I love a lot of flavor but not dry and this nails it, great balance of flavors and texture. Personal fav, habanero jam and cheddar scone.

Amazing food! I love the feta, spinach egg wrap. Also, a huge thank you for using compostable utensils. As the plastic crisis continues, it is so important to see businesses stepping up and trying to do the right thing. This is my new favorite place!

Absolutely delicious, a 100% MUST if you are in the Newburyport area. The ham and cheese croissant is to die for, the scones are delicious and shockingly some of the BEST coffee on the whole area. 10/10, would recommend.

Such delicious pastries! Not too sweet. I've really enjoyed the kimchi scones but I'm not sure they have them anymore. The breakfast burritos are super tasty.

The food here is delicious. The chocolate crossant is very unusual but very delicioul! I highly recommend getting it! I also like that they have a variety of gluten free items that DO NOT use a bit flower!! Definitely worth a stop in here!

Fantastic bakery! Most of their items were delicious but the best two were the spicy spinach scone and the peanut butter nutella cookie.

Spicy spinach scone: Doesn't even taste like a scone you would fine elsewhere. Packed with a savory flavor and incredibly moist. None of that dry crumbly stuff you find in other bakeries. There's so much filling in it and the only sad part was that it didn't live up to its spicy name.

Tomato and feta scone: Wasn't a huge fan of this one because it didn't have enough flavor in it. Still very moist though.

Habanero jam and chevre scone: Pretty huge and a bit stronger in flavor. The jam isn't as hot as you might think but gives it a tiny bit of a kick.

Peanut butter nutella cookie: Super rich and peanut buttery. The texture of cookies perfect and not too soft or too crunchy. It's nice and thick and packs a ton of flavor and has that dollop of nutella in the middle that wraps it nicely together when you bite in.

Figures Kitchen is amazing! The scones are sublime. A definite favorite in beautiful downtown Newburyport.

Even if there isnt a line at Abrahams, consider walking just a few more steps to Fig Tree. Amazing scones, croissants, cookies, tarts. Savory and sweet, and you can get iced tea and coffee, or hot if thats your thing. Dont miss it!!

Awesome pastries and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing tarts are sure to win awards. Will add a mile to daily walk, so we can eat here more often.

First visit - Almond Croissant - Perfection! Now I know what it should be.
I will seek no further. Would have taken a pic. but couldn't wait.

I stopped by this place on Monday morning while visiting Newburyport. Best scones I've ever had. I'll be sure to stop by here next time I visit Newburyport.

The Best Chocolate Croissant I've ever tasted, as well as the macaroon, and the blueberry bread pudding muffin.
