Purchased a Rockwood Trailer from Orchard Trailers in September. Stopped by to look at current stock and found one that was perfect for our lifestyle. Mike showed us around and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase and when we decided to buy, they were great and the trailer was extremely clean. Answered all our questions, would highly recommend Orchard Trailers.

I brought my twenty year old horse trailer to Orchard Trailers because I liked what I read on the reviews. I wasn't disappointed in any way. Brian looked over the trailer and helped me make the right decisions about what it needed and what it didn't. Brian is smart, funny, and knows his stuff. My old trailer came out of the shop with exactly what was needed.

While I was there, I saw the new trailers....and you can imagine what happened next.

I couldn't get the new trailer out of my mind but a purchase like that (26- 30k) is no joke. I knew I needed to do research, explore options, talk to the experts and really soul search the big move. That's when Anthony, the sales person, came into play. With youthful enthusiasm and a personality that everyone likes, he walked me through every step of the process. He allowed me to text him with any concerns and he handled the entire process with professionalism and patience. I can't say enough about him as he is the main reason that I am now the proud owner of a real beauty! See the picture, if you would, of my sweet Kingston 2022 blue striped classy trailer! I also must mention Spencer, the most patient and talented mechanic and professional I have ever met. He took at least forty five minutes going over every part of the hitch and how my truck works with the trailer brakes. I was a wreck as I drove up to get the sweet Kingston but after his lessons in hitching it up and brake work, I drove off with confidence. I also must thank Griffin, another amazing worker at Orchard Trailer, for his kind and patient help with all the purchases for the trailer.

This is a top notch business that respects and appreciates their clients. I am headed back to them for all trailer needs and appointments. You can't go wrong if you have any trailer that needs maintenance or if you're in the market for a trailer.

I began my horse trailer shopping experience in November 2019 at Equine Affaire where Orchard was a vendor. I visited multiple trailer sales vendors at the show, spending a minimum of 15-30 minutes with each as I toured through various trailers.

My very first stop at the show was with Orchard. I very closely reviewed all of their stock from Adam Trailers. James gave me a ton of detail and I loved everything I saw. But I never buy from the first person I talk to...I always shop around.

Knowing I wasn't going to purchase that day, I continued on to at least 3 more vendors. The Hawk trailer guys were great, but I didn't care for the trailers themselves. The models I looked at were nice out on the outside, but I HATED how difficult all of the doors and fasteners were to close up. The other two vendors didn't really give me the time of day - but whatever - I still thoroughly inspected all of their trailers. I wasn't sold and kept going back to Adam trailers.

At the end of the day, I took all of the information from Orchard and let them know I'd be in touch when I was ready to buy. About a month later (Dec 2019), I placed an order for a customized Adam Mustang trailer.

James at Orchard dealt with my husband and I from start to finish, and did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and answering my many questions. I was a first-time trailer buyer and it was super important to me that I dealt with a dealership that was honest and patient with me throughout the process. Orchard absolutely checked all of my boxes. In fact, I live nearly 5 hours away and was so confident in my purchase that I was more than OK with making a couple trips back and forth. (Believe me, I checked around for closer dealerships, but I knew what I wanted was at Orchard.)

All in all, I'm SUPER pleased with my new Adam Mustang 2H bumper pull trailer! If all goes as planned, my husband will be back in another year or two to buy an RV. ;) We are super grateful for this positive experience and are happy to give Orchard a great reference for anyone who asks.

Picked up our Adams 2+2 horse trailer today and am thrilled! Trailer is perfect, Employees were awesome. Had some issues with the factory and Orchard made things right. Highly recommend! We came all the way from New Jersey and would come back again... actually might come back in the future for a camper. :)

Bought a camper from these guys 5 years ago, still stop in constantly for maintenance and service, best knowledgeable staff. They do the best they can with what they have. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a camper or Rv.

My wife and I worked with Anthony B while looking at trailers. He was wonderful and really explained everything. He took his time showing and reshowing us different trailers. He is very knowledgeable and I'd recommend him & Orchard for your trailer needs.

I have been to Orchard twice for service and both times felt they went above and beyond the standard service. My first visit last fall was for winterization, but they also took the time to go over my hitch set-up and make some changes, explaining what they saw to me in order to improve my towing experience and make for a safer tow.
Today was a last minute call for help with my hot water heater days before we take an extended trip. Even though they are booked solid they worked me in, fixed my problem and again took a few extra minutes to explain what they did and how to avoid similar issues in the future.
They are professional, courteous and get the job done. Might I add this is on a camper that was bought elsewhere but is never an issue. Thanks for the great service.

Our purchase with Mike B was fantastic and the service visits led by Brian over the past 3 years have consistently been amazing - we love our trailer, use it lots, and they ensure it stays safe and sound providing great advice and top notch work as well as finding the necessary parts quickly - totally worth the 160 mile (RT) drive every.single.time!

Best experience with a trailer salesman my parents and I have had in a while! Anthony, and sales Manager Mike were very nice, informative, and definitely not like any other salesman! Didn't buy a camper yet, but there's definitely a possibility in the future when we're ready.

Tommy and Chris from the service department were above and beyond awesome!! They made sure they took care of the proper installation of our new hitch. They added extra items that our truck didn’t have and made sure it was all set. They wouldn’t even stop for lunch, they continued working until our job was complete. Our salesman Mike 2 made sure everything was all set and trailer in tip shop shape.

Went in to purchase a part for my brother in laws camper that had broken the day b4 leaving to go camping. They had the part on hand and were very happy to help. Ended up looking at campers and the sales guy was very happy to walk around with us and show us the various models and options that were available. Even though we were very clear we weren't purchasing anything he took the time to explain everything to us and it really was a pleasurable experience.

Have always had excellent service from Orchard. They have put in two hitches for us and their team is committed to customer service and quality. Have bought horse trailers from them, they have done service for us. A great company.

Bought our geo pro 11/17. Great price & customer service then & since. Brian, Sylvia & techs have been great. Today, at campground in upstate NY, slider would not come in; Sylvia had tech call us back within 15 minutes; he talked campground mechanic (hooray for that Merry Knoll Clayton NY) through to find obscure circuit breaker in very obscure place; flipped back on problem solved. The obscurity is on Forest River; thank you Orchard!

These guys are great, my wife and I worked with Tim on the purchase of our new travel trailer. We spent over 3 hours looking at different brands and options and Tim was great with helping us pick the perfect one for our family. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.

We bought a brand new popup a few months ago and we love it. We got a rockwood 2318g which I highly recommend you check out if you're looking for something sizable for your family with the comforts of a travel trailer but can be pulled by a minivan. After checking out several other "chain or box store" feeling RV stores I was easily able to see the difference in quality of product and professionalism of the sales and service teams. You'll notice the difference just by visiting. Orchard is not a flashy place trying to sell you something cheap, they seem to only sell RVs they can stand behind. My salesman Mike B (also goes by Mike 2, Mike 1 has been helpful too and seems like a great sales rep) was an honest and patient broker. I visited at least 4 times to see the same camper before making a decision. It was in the winter but Mike set it up for me each time, it was a no pressure sales experience and he could answer any questions I had as well as offered advice. The negotiations went back and forth and I was very satisfied with where I ended up with the price. Mike B and the General Manager James worked with me taking into consideration the prices I found online and showing some willingness to help me get add-ons I wanted like AC/brake controls and wdh in my budget.
I've had some minor service needs (ok, I screwed a couple of things up right a way, the life of a RVer!!!), Mike, James and the service folks at Orchard have gone above and beyond to make my service experience stress free and to show that they value me as a customer and see this as a long term relationship. I checked out the other places, they are weird and give off a used car dealership vibe and sell junk. Personally it matters to me who I do business with for a major purchase. Orchard offers the quality, higher end feel that I look for.
