It is our every holiday tradition to visit this store and if we have guests we definitely bring them here. We have been going to this store from almost 18years and every time find something new. During holidays you definitely get a feel of holidays! Love all the small things like corns, hand made soaps, maple syrup, honey. Kids have done custom shaped wax murals but this time it was closed so kids did personalized candle jar and it was cool. I love their rose candle. It used to have many more stuff but this time I felt bit reduced on few things, it is still a very fun place. They have small stage where Christmas songs are going on and there is fountain which I love it! Different sections with themed Christmas decors is pretty cool. They have trains, fake snow and what not. Kid love their fudge too, overall must place to visit in any season. Once we went in fall and mums decorations were outstanding!

We love Yankee Candle and we come here all the time with the kids. And believe me there is WAY more here than just candles. It’s such a fun time to just walk around and get out of the cold. It really is Christmas all year round. There’s a Christmas section where it “snows” every couple minutes. Inside they have fudge, Ben and Jerry’s and roasted nuts like cashews and almonds (so good). You can dip your own candles and make your own candles. Hillside Pizza is attached and it’s the best local pizza. Workers are always friendly!

This place was huge and had so much more than candles. It had Halloween and Christmas displays and ornaments, all kinds of specialty foods. You can spend hours getting lost. It's worth a look if you are in the area. Great for killing time too.

This place is amazing they have everything you need. Fun day trip with the kids lots and lots to see. If you're going to see Santa, call ahead and make an appointment. Make sure you look for the giant candle in the back by making your own candle section. Make sure you pick up some homemade fudge for the ride home.

You can spend an entire day at the Yankee Candle. It’s not just about sniffing the candles. You walk in and you’re routed through the store perfectly. The xmas section was my favorite. They actually blow snow at times. There are so many different candles, it’s hard to pick from. And the toys from years ago are heartwarming.

It's a local staple for a reason. It's got plenty of stuff to look at. Lots of scented candles that change frequently. The nut crackers are expensive. But they have sales on the candles sometimes. We got fudge here and it was delicious. Plenty of parking right outside close to the building. Hot Take: they should offer strawberry candles year round

When we first visited the flagship store and before Yankee Candle was distributed nationally, it was a magical assault on our olfactory system! Since then we have visited multiple times. At first with strollers and now our children visit on their own. When we visit, I plug the Tesla into the free charging station. Oh how things have changed!

The store has been updated somewhat and now Yankee Candles can be found in every grocery story, pharmacy and wholesale store. But, the flagship store stands largely unchanged and still retains its charm and continues to WOW first-time visitors. If you are within an hour or two of Deerfield MA, Yankee Candle is worth a visit.

I haven't been here in quite a few years. I didn't realize how big it is. There's so much stuff to see. Even my son enjoyed it, and he hates looking around stores. We had lunch in the little cafe. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Bought some other items in the store. All in all, it was a very good visit

The Yankee Candle Village is an extraordinarily delightful venue that is so much more than a candle shop, providing a unique shopping experience with activities for young and old alike.

We arrived on a Monday morning around 10 to a sparsely populated store. Upon entering, we were met with an almost overwhelming -- but not unpleasant -- array of exquisite fragrances and colors, the origins of which reside on the shelves housing thousands of candles throughout a couple of rooms.

These rooms lead one to the emporium, where, in addition to even more candles, one can actually build their own at the Waxworks section. Spread along the wall are approximately 15-17 cylinders of colorful wax of different scents. The customer can grab an empty glass jar and fill it with a particular wax or a combination of one's choosing. Another section allows one to dip ornaments in wax for holiday occasions.

Another unique feature in the emporium is the scent bar, where individuals can create their own combination of select scents and dump them into a small glass container of hot wax. Pay the cashier, go about exploring the store, and, within an hour, your customized candle will be ready to take home.

In addition to candles, one can shop for jams, jellies, syrups, honeys, sauces, soup mixes, and other enticing spices and condiments. These would be great items to buy along with kitchen accessories and other items in the home section.

The Yankee Candle Village is always in the Christmas spirit. Walking through the Bavarian Village, and one will enter a winter wonderland, with a vast selection of Christmas ornaments, various Christmas village collectibles featuring Disney, Harry Potter, Peanuts, Dr. Seuss, The Munsters, and The Addams Family. A snow machine will blow real snow upon you as you meander through an assortment of artificial trees.

Kids will also enjoy the toy store filled with board games, action figures, stuffed animals, and a bunch more. The toy store leads into a candy store, with many types of penny candy, jelly beans, and gummies. One can fill a medium-sized Yankee Candle jar with their choice of assorted candies for $12. There is also an animatronic musical feature for the children featuring the "Candle Mountain Boys," featuring bluegrass-style music

All that shopping will no doubt build up an appetite. No worries! Outside the village (yet still part of the overall store) is Hillside Pizza, where one can order a personal-size pizza along with a selection of salads, wraps, sides and non-alcoholic beverages. For those looking for something a bit stronger, Powder Hollow Brewery offers their own variety of homemade beer.

Looking for dessert? Go back inside the main area and have some freshly made fudge, or some Ben and Jerry's ice cream, with freshly made waffle cones.

The landscaping outside the sprawling grounds is alive and vibrant, with plants of all vivid colors, offering a beautiful background for selfies or standalone pictures.

As mentioned above, the Yankee Candle Village is not just a candle store, but a memorable experience for the entire family. If you plan to go here just to buy candles, don't be surprised if find yourself leaving a few hours later!

What unique and fun idea for a Weekend excursion! Not only can you smell a HUGE variety of candles but you can also make your own!

The multi-themed rooms take you on a journey through the factory. Lots of shopping can be done to include satisfying your sweet tooth at their very own candy shop.

The kids can see how stuffed animals get made, and take one home with them!

I absolutely love this place. Yes, the candles can be a bit expensive, but they have a wonderful selection. They are everything from Christmas tree ornaments, soup mixes, pasta, wide selection of jelly, sauces, home decor, utensils, and candy. You can make your own candles, which was cool, make a build a bear, fill up a jar or candy, etc. They also have a food court inside. I definitely will come back. Dangerously can spend a lot of money but definitely worth the experience.

12.9.22 This place is always busy but it can get nutty around Christmas so plan accordingly. Large parking areas with multiple entrances to the store. You can walk around for free and enjoy the magical displays. For example, every 4 minutes it "snows" in one area, there's a huge Christmas tree, a train that goes around, there are hundreds of candles to smell, make your own candle, a candy shop, a Cafe, $10 ornaments you can have personally addressed, home amd clothing items, Xmas gifts, everyday coop stuff to buy, or just walk around, grab a bite, listen to music. This place really is a fun experience for kids and adults. It's really fun for all ages.

We were just going to pop in and look for a minute. 2.5 hours later we emerge, bags in hand, and didn't hit all the rooms we could have!
The only thing that stopped me was that I have to carry my purchases back on a 12 hour train ride! I had so much fun I killed the battery on my phone taking pictures so I wouldn't forget the stuff I didn't get and plan my return trip for more!
Every year my daughter gets a Nutcracker. OMG, so many to choose from!
I can't wait to return and see how it changes during the summer...
