I have been renting from Ryder in Peabody for the past two years now. Nick has been extremely helpful with making sure I have the truck I need. A lot of times I am very last minute and the size truck varies depending on my cargo that week and Nick always makes it happen for me! Great customer service, and very competitive prices. The trucks they have are in great condition, and many of them are almost new! Their shop is also very conveniently located on Route 1. I usually have a million questions whenever I start a new business relationship and Nick was extremely patient, and nice. Very happy with this Ryder location, and I can't recommend them enough!

I have been using Ryder truck Rental in Peabody for the past ten years to move racks of my dresses for my retail stores. The truck is clean and in particularly good shape. I love the power liftgate, saves a lot of work.
I recently called Nick on short notice and he had a truck ready for me in forty five minutes

I just rented a 24' Flatbed truck. Nick had the truck ready for me the day that I had requested it. I picked it up late and it was an easy process. Truck ran great. I will definitely do business with Ryder again.

The folks at Ryder Truck Rental in Peabody were beyond helpful. I needed a big box truck to transport food to a local food pantry from the Greater Boston Food Bank. They set it up so I could pick up the rental before they opened, and even gave us a discount because we're doing Covid relief. Every interaction was professional. I will definitely be coming back next time I need a truck.

I've been running trucks off and on through the years and often I have to make a reservation sometimes days or a week in advance so that they can locate the right truck and make it available for me, often we have to struggle dragging things up the ramp, My daughter who owns Glitterati Style was explaining to me how she had great success with her Ryder truck rental in Peabody not only do they have trucks available, it's still always good to make an appointment, their trucks are very easy to operate and what makes them attractive is the fact that they have a power liftgate, recently I rented a 26’ truck, in less than two hours’ notice, the truck was very easy to operate. We got the job done because of the power ramp in less than half the time it would normally take to get the job done.

This company represents what customer's service was created for. From the rental department to the service department everyone in there seens genuinely happy to see you. I do rent trucks constantly, and this is by far, the fastes, cheapest, most effective way to get me on the road when I needed it the most. I am very strict when it comes to customer service, but this associate Nicholas, left me without a single question. (Make sure to ask for him when you call). Great job guys.

I found this place on route one in Peabody years ago and has been my go to place for truck rental.. The staff is professional and friendly they are helpful. The Trucks are clean and easy to drive... I love the power tailgate that is defiantly my number favored feature with theses trucks...
