Our family has been going to JR’s for the last 15 years. They really look out for their customers. I am really grateful a family friend recommended them all those years ago. A honest family business who keeps your best interests in mind in terms of, pricing, recommendations, etc.

They were so helpful. I really do not know much about my car and Phil explained everything to me. I got my front brakes/rotors changed for $100 cheaper than my other quote at VW Northampton. Really nice people and as far as I can tell do a great job!

It's a small, independent shop, but Phil has been doing this for a long time and knows what he's doing. For the few things that his shop is not equipped to handle, he will refer you to someone who has the right equipment. He always looks out for his customers, and tries to give them the best possible options. Unlike most shops, I never worry about being overcharged or having unnecessary work done.

Phil is trustworthy and fair. He has serviced my and my family's vehicles for years, for all kinds of issues and maintenance. As long as he is avaible when an issue arises (occasionly he gets pretty busy), I'll keep going back. Thanks Phil!
