Midas

This location was well worth the unexpected visit! So I was on my way out to the stores when I hit a pothole that literally almost ripped my tire off! I heard a funny noise coming from the tire. So now I was desperate to find a gas station to pull over at. Instead I seen the Midas sign and figured it couldn’t hurt to pull into the actual shop to figure out what damage was done. As soon as I pulled in, I got out to check my tire first. As I was looking it over, the technician Corina came out to see if everything was ok. I let her know what happened and she went and consulted with her manager Mike. They pulled my car in immediately and checked it for me. Found a gash about two inches long on the inside of the tire. They gave me all the information I needed and even put my spare on free of charge! They empathized with my completely unexpected situation, and just wanted to see me back on my way SAFELY! Within about 30 minutes I was back on the road! I couldn’t be more thankful for Mike and Corina!! Thank you guys!!!

Flat tire at 8am Monday. Managed to get it reinflated & drove to nearest tire store. They gave me 3 options, I chose the Coopers. Despite being insanely busy they got me back on the road in <2 hours. The tires were exactly want I wanted. The service was friendly , kind, & PATIENT. Some places are not patient with women! Shout out to Jason & his tech. Great job! Highly recommend.

Went in because I thought I needed a muffler but after a complete inspection it was determined not necessary. I so appreciate the honesty of Juan !

the team at MIDAS was so dedicated to fixing my car, that when my TPMS light was on, they went full mouth to mouth on all 4 just to make sure that all of my tired were perfect. never felt more satisfied with an oil change.

Made an appointment for my breaks and rotors and of course they went above and beyond to fix the problems I had. They replaced both my air filters didn't try to get my to buy anything. They checked my fluids and everything. I am 1 very satisfied customer. Thank you midas team!

I’ve been taking my cars here for awhile for oil changes and decided to give them my business when I needed some fluids changed. As usual they were able to schedule an appointment for me in a timely manner. The work was done well as usual, they provided useful feedback on my vehicle, and there was no pressure to do anything unnecessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service at this Midas.

I will always be grateful for Jason, Mike and their professional team. They have been fixing my car for several years and they are always professional and honest. I have been to places where my money and patience were wasted, every time this Midas helps me to correct the things. They now also offer mobile texting and links that can give you a breakdown of prices and vehicle conditions, which are very helpful and precise. They are also willing to help you cut costs and prioritize the things that are the most important to fix. This is a meaningful relationship in my life, as they fixed the car that helps me to complete my degree in UMass, and also move across the states. They are the only place that I feel truly confident in dealing with car repairs throughout the nation or maybe my life. The crew at this establishment was very accommodating, had good prices for the services you are getting and are willing to get you in asap. I had an oil change scheduled with Mike in the Hadley location and he was absolutely fantastic with the customer service, was very friendly and didn't try to pull any fast ones like other car shops out there. I plan to make them my regular mechanic from now on!
