I thought the office services at Staples worked very well in terms of availability for customers and user-friendliness.
The self-service fax/printers have instructions posted on the machines themselves for those who may not know how to operate them.
Additionally, I was so pleased that there are UPS services offered at the customer service counter.
Packages are accepted for return at this site, too.

4/29/23 I have consistently received wonderful help from Angel at Staples, Hadley, MA. He is knowledgable about items in the store, he is respectful, polite, and ready to help right away! Just wanted to thank Chloe for her five-star service in the Copy Center for a short-turnaround signage order that some adjustments. Chloe was extremely helpful and friendly. So glad to have the full-service Copy Center at Staples nearby!

Once again, the tech guys came through for me. I am a long time customer of this Staples. I purchased a computer from them three years ago, and needed to renew my McAfee security. I thought I was purchasing the correct one in line. Apparently, it was not correct. I brought it in and the tech advised me that I needed to purchase the McAfee security that had just expired. Did so, and left the laptop so they will do a virus scan for me.

I was dealing with a large print/scan job and the staff were fantastic.

Had a hefty task today and no idea how to do it. Sophie/ Sofie ( not sure which way) was more than helpful in helping me take care of my task with ease. Need more people like this going into retail. Patient, kind, respectable. Love to see it.

I've had to come to this Staples a few different times in the past month or so. Each time I have been blown away by just how wonderful the staff is. Everyone I've interacted with has been knowledgeable and helpful, as well as extremely personable and friendly without sacrificing professionalism. It really has made a difference in my shopping experience here, and I find myself looking forward to the times I have to stop in for something!

I turned on my little computer this afternoon and .... nothing happened! No lights, no action, just a strange little whining noise. Panic!! After checking for the most obvious problems, with no results, I called Staples, and they listened to the problem and told me that they would check things out and if it was an easy problem, their services would be free. When I hit the button and the whine started, Ted, the wonderful tech who was helping me, was pretty sure what the problem was, and that it wasn't serious, and within minutes everything was back up and running. What a wonderful thing to go from thoughts of no access to work stuff and hundreds of dollars for a new computer to life as normal! Many, many thanks to Ted, and to Staples for allowing their techs to take care of easy things and spare people huge bills. Yay!!

Ted and his crew were extremely helpful. I was in and out in no time which was what I needed having been on my lunch break. I will recommend your services to everyone I know.

Fast, friendly service. Needed help getting copier to work - clerk came over immediately, solved problem and set copier up for me, including cancelling out charges for misprinted copies.
