Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It's been a while since we sat in. We had a nice dinner. Dianne was our server and she was great. Very nice very attentive. She even packed up our leftover food to take home which she didn't have to, but was kind enough to do. My favorite is the seafood Alfredo. We also had the Brownie lasagna and it was really good!

I love taking my wife here it's always fast seating & fast service with excellent food and the mozzarella sticks are 🔥 🔥 get you some and experience the cheese pull

I have no complaints about this location.. I love their food and service. Chicken alfredo with broccoli is my favorite dish

Our waiter was amazing and responsive. Brought us waters when he noticed we finished our margaritas rather then shoving more drinks down our mouth. Food was what you'd expect from Olive Garden, good but not great. Everything else was well done though 👏

Put in a Carside Order which was hot & ready when we arrived around the suggested time. Everything was correct and the Carside specialist even opened & closed the door for my mom.

The waiting to be seated was 30-45 mins but it was directly at dinnertime so I'm okay with that! We waited in the car. Our meal was great our server Brandon was extremely nice and personable. The manager even helped with the table and she was also nice as well. If it wasn't so far away I would return!

I HOPE OLIVE GARDEN SEE THIS So Good Food Was Awesome Drinks On Point And The nicest Waitress ever DEBORAH F. SHE was So Nice and Great service even when it was super busy. Plus I tried something new that was on the menu chicken marsala it was wicked good!!!! Way Better Than My Last Trip there a Couple months Ago!!!

It's been about 15 years since I have eaten here. The food was prepared well, and the server was very polite, attentive and friendly. The menu has a nice selection of appetizers, and main courses. Our drink orders were taken and promptly served. Our meal choices were taken, and then the server brought out the breadsticks, salad and appetizer, then not long after our meals were served. Nicely presented and tasty. Definitely a nice experience, and will be back soon!

The African American gentleman Will was a delight! He made sure our experience was exceptional!!! He went above and beyond even plated our left overs for us in the togo containers, Wow!!! Where do they even do that at ?!?!? Excellent😉

Absolutely fantastic! Great place to hang out and get good food! Be prepared if you go in the evening to wait for a few minutes to be seated as it is very busy! Very clean and also has a very nice bar. Many alcoholic beverages and also non-alcoholic beverages. Is wheel-chair accessible and it does have restrooms! Waitress was very professional and friendly! Definitely check it out!!

Our waitress Diane was super attentive and sweet. She always made sure we had what we needed. And overall was such a great waitress. Olive Garden is lucky to have her it keeps people coming back!!

Had a delicious salmon and broccoli dinner. Our waitress, Krystal D. handled our large party with professionalism and kindness.

Stopped in to celebrate my Late Mother's 76th Birthday with Eggplant Parmesan and on Italian Margarita. This is one of the better Olive Garden locations I have eaten at.

Ate at the bar (had Iced tea) and the Bartender was personable and on the ball.

Our waiter, Brian, was very nice. He brought out our food very quickly and was respectful. We gave him a $20 tip.

Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants and this location was a great one. The food and service were very good as always, definitely a good place to stop in the West Springfield area.

It was a totally different experience from the one I lived at the Enfield, CT. Sitting was perfect, along with the gentile service from the staff member at the podium. Thank you, Phillip, for your good service and attention. The food and dessert were delicious 😋. I will definitely come back to this location. Thank you, Olive Garden corporation, for the soon response to my complaint and the gift card. This says a lot about what you represent as a business.

Good lunch deal between 11am and 3pm, we had zuppa tascana 😋😋😋and shrimp 🍤 scampi , and chicken parmigiana 😋😋😋 very delicious.! BTW(by the way) unlimited soups of your choice.
