Excellent service. Studied our account and reviewed all the options that are currently available to us. Very knowledgeable of her job. And excellent customer communication skills..... Justine was a pleasure. Will definitely come back to her when we are doing business at AT & T.

I recently switched to AT&T as my mobile carrier. Jenny helped me get the best possible price. When I got my first bill, I noticed a lot of charges that weren’t supposed to be there, so I went into the store to try and resolve it. Jenny sat with me on the phone with customer service for an hour and would not end the call until my bill was adjusted and credited the maximum amount. I really appreciate her dedication to making sure I was a satisfied customer and not being charged for things I wasn’t supposed to. I highly recommend seeing Jenny if you want to make sure things are done correctly and efficiently.

I can not say enough amazing things about GABE! I first went to the corporate store in enfield, CT and had the worst experience you could ever imagine. The sales rep Jackson was so rude and honestly does not deserve to work for this company.

Gabe saved my family as customers! He was so pleasant, patient and really is a huge asset to your company. He reassured me that my issue would be resolved and took his time with my account. Gabe, you have earned a life long customer as long as you work for att. Thank you for your kindness and your expertise. You are one amazing employee. And a huge asset to AT&T.

Jenny Santos was very professional and so helpful. I was nervous about getting a new phone and she was very patience and knowledgeable. She went over the products throughly and eased my anxiety. I am very happy with my IPhone 14.

Gabe Sanchez is an amazing employee! For 2 days he helped me not only transfer all my data to my new phone but also was able fix a technical issue in 60 seconds that AT & Tech support couldn't fix after 2 hours of remotely logging into my phone. He is an incredible asset to the West Springfield store and I appreciate all of his patience and expertise !!!

Brian was excellent! He remembered me from prior visits, and helped me transfer accounts from another provider painlessly. Best experience I've had with a phone provider for sure.

I have ben an ATT customer for more that 30 yrs! I have always been treated with respect and all my questions are always answered kindly! Today was no exception! Anthony was kind, patient, and polite when answering .y queries. I bought a car phone holder, he changed out my screen saver, and he clarified several possible new plans and phones. Never condescending. He was informative and polite!I love ATT!!!

Gabe was one of the best customer service representative that I worked with in sometime at a major corporation. He was so even tempered and easy to work with. I’ll definitely go back and request him for technical support if needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Williams twice in the last month. Each time he was presented with challenges. He wasn't frazzled or impatient... just very patient and diligent. I felt bad keeping him longer than I wanted, but Anthony told me not to worry and that he wanted to solve the problem. Anthony's kind , genuine, and friendly demeanor made me leave my carrier and specifically go with him! I shared my experience with my extended family. They were impressed and are considering changing carriers!

Went in today to purchase an iPad Pro. They had it in stock. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Jenny was a great person to deal with. She made sure my mobile plans and devices were up to date. Great customer service! 👍🏼👍🏼

I want to give a "shout out" to Jennifer Pittello who helped me deal with an AT&T billing issue when I couldn't get any resolution through the AT&T 1-800 number. She patiently sat with me for over 1 hour as we tried to get a Billing Supervisor to resolve a billing error. She was able to help me resolve this problem even though I made 4 other prior calls to to AT&T Customer Billing. The issue had nothing to do with Jennifer team or processes but she was the only AT&T person to help me with my problem.
