CVS

I've always had excellent service when I went there. Even the pharmacy people are nice. They're so busy trying to keep up with everyone's prescription sometimes they fall behind. I don't think it's their fault they try their best and that's good enough for me.

The pharmacy personnel are awesome! Liz and Terry especially! Most of the store personnel are great too. I am at this CVS all the time and I will continue to shop and get my medications there because of the staff!

Great store, with great sale prices. Staff is always friendly. Esther, who works in the West aspfld, Ma store is always helpful and friendly. She is a great asset to the store and Company.

Every time I go through the drive through it’s a problem. The sign said Covid testing on the left lane. The other sign says full service both lanes. I waited behind a car had no idea it was a Covid test. Two people went before me in the other lane. I finally was able to move get to the window my script is not ready. I live five minutes away I pull in my driveway. CVS text my script is ready. Seriously? Customer service sucks. I don’t blame the pharmacy people but something should be done about the Covid line.

Easy and convenient

I Just wanted to pick up a script that was already filled. We waited in the drive through from almost 15 minutes before someone waited on us!

Why does the West Springfield CVS keep locking their doors at 1130? You're suppose to be open until midnight. This is now the second time. Not like you're employees do much in this location as they're usually on their cell phones as you enter. And next time greet your customers and be nice. Not tell them you only 5 minutes to shop and that's it. As the very first thing. But then want to stare me down as I shop. Okay 👌 super unprofessional

The people they have working there should not be working with the public. Rude rude rude. 1:25 is not 1:30 for lunch and I should not have been turned away from picking up my prescription at 1:25!!! Why they don't stagger lunch and NOT completely close is beyond me anyway.
