The kids had lots of fun ... they loved the place. Be prepared for the long walk from the parking area or the long wait for the shuttle bus, but I have to say it's worth it. Not a one-day visit, you need a couple of days to manage to try all the rides because the waiting line for the popular rides is also long.

It was surprisingly empty during Easter and Opening weekend. It was a blast to walk around absent of the crowds and try the rides. As someone who doesn't enjoy thrill rides, there was still a good amount of mild rides to do and architecture to see. Benches and seating were close to attractions, which allowed for frequent breaks or waiting areas. The amusement park campus grounds and bathrooms were very clean. Food service was slower than usual - but most likely due to the new seasonal staff.

I like this spooky season. They have a good performance, rides are good, in my personal opinion I think they need to work more with the staff because I asked them some questions and they don't know, only 1 person knew. Otherwise I like it!

Should be 6 stars! Where do I begin? We've been visiting the park for nearly 15 years. The water park is amazing, and we absolutely love Fright Fest. Beyond the adult rides, we recently took our sons there. We were very unfamiliar with kids rides but found the experience very pleasant with a wide range of rides to choose from throughout the park. Even the water park had some things for 3 1/2 year olds to do, though some attractions were closed. I was surprised at the number of rides overall that they could go on with us.

Fun place to go with the whole family. If your the type of person who goes multiple times a year you should by a pass or VIP. Some passes your able to skip the line which is great when it's really busy. We went on a Thursday and the place was not busy at all. Which made it a better experience because you were not in line for hours waiting to get on a ride.

This is by far the best themed Six Flags parks. All the rides are fantastic, and operations are quick. There are plenty of delicious food options to choose from. Overall, this is one of the best Six Flags parks and in the region.

Amazing place to visit with friends. All the rides are super fun especially the rollercoasters. The haunted houses in the fright fest were fun and spooky.

Plenty of high thrill rides & coasters. Getting early means less wait time, usually under ten minutes but increasing to thirty+ minutes after 4 pm.

Six flags never disappoints. A few rides were inoperable, but the crowds were manageable.

Probably the best of 4 Six Flags I've been to as a Diamond member. Super clean, staff was everywhere and friendly, food was actually not horrible, it was great.
Best rides we went on were Harley Quinn, Superman and the drop thing.
Went during the 🎃 Halloween Fright Fest, park was all done up for scares and 👻. This is my top Six Flags in the US so far!

We have a season pass, the park is amazing. You cannot take one day to enjoy the rides. The park is humongous, the rides are awesome. I recommend this park to anyone and everyone who visits Connecticut.

Little slow moving the lines when it wasn't packed but a great experience overall. P.S. if you have a season pass for another Six Flags park, it won't work here...

One of the better amusement parks around here. Has better thrill rides than most places. The food is pretty decent too, although expensive. Highly recommend getting season passes.

Always lots of fun at Six Flags! The rides the water and games.. So much fun! Obviously it's not free and does cost a decent amount of money for food and all the other extras.. But the price to get in was normal and you are allowed to leave and come back so if you plan properly you can go for gates open with tickets bought in advance ride rides or water park or both.. Go back to your vehicle for lunch and than back to fun fun fun. I would recommend getting the souvenir drink cup after you buy it you get free refills so if you plan on being there all day definitely a good idea! At this Six Flags it's not to bad line waiting wise, even more so if you go when kids are in school on like a Tuesday or Wednesday.. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE HALLOWEEN EVENTS... I have gone 4 different years and they were each fantastic 😍 Everyone should go to some kind of theme park during Halloween at least once in their lifetime.. You won't regret going here😊🎃👻🦇

I got to visit six flags on Friday with some friends. I have a gold plus membership and have had so for several years so I was excited to be back after so long. I had been told via email that I was upgraded to platinum but apparently this was only temporary which for me was disappointing. Nonetheless I was provided a gift card for the time which the park was closed during covid which was a thoughtful gesture. I went to guest services and spoke with Samantha and she was fun to deal with. However she wasn’t able to provide me with the help I needed and wanted and was unable to get me someone who could. This is unfortunate because I love six flags and thought that as a loyal customer who kept paying their membership faithfully. That I would be taken care of and provided the status that I deserve. I mean having a membership since 2009 I think is pretty impressive. Overall I did have a good time at six flags and if nothing else the problem was made comical. I didn’t have to wait long to get on the rides, the food was good although i only got a 5% discount rather than the 20% I was misinformed about and lastly the water park was refreshing. Definitely a great place but if someone could fix my membership status with the park I would certainly visit more often!

I take my teenage son there often! Bought season passes this year - option for a payment plan was really helpful. Park is kept clean and staff is mostly friendly. If you go in a week day lines are really short. Food is ok - super overpriced but that is to be expected. All the attractions were open. Taking a shuttle to the park and back from the regular parking lot was easy and smooth.
