Classic Burgers

I've been enjoying Classic Burgers ice-cream since they opened. So much, that every year, my son gets one of their delicious homemade cakes. Well recently I ordered a special cake and it wasn't as great as some of the cakes I've ordered in the past. I reached and expressed my disappointment. Harry, one of the owners I believe, went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The customer service he provided was OUTSTANDING. He really put a seal on a continued customer relationship. Sometimes mistakes happen, it's how they are handled that counts. I am super pleased that our family tradition of Classic Burgers birthday ice-cream cakes will continue.

Burgers are Five-Guys style but, honestly, better. Simply perfect. Brought my teen daughters and for the three of us it was about $40 which in today's economy is actually reasonable and worth it for sure here.

Love the energy in here which makes it a Western-Massachusetts must-visit. Burgers are delicious and you can top it all off with an ice cream afterwards. Not sure if it's a seasonal item, but the cheeseburger chowder was very good too!

This gets compared to Five Guys a lot and rightfully so. Burger is tasty just like Five Guys and same diner-like grill feel. Five Guys only gets the edge because the peanut oil that FG uses sets them apart. FG gets the edge on their fries by a mile! Having said that, this place has an excellent burger, decent fries, and OUTSTANDING ONION RINGS!!!!! The onion rings make up for the mid-level fries! Also they get great points for diner ambience feel in the seating area and excellent homemade ice cream and shakes reminiscent of McCray’s Farm. They serve Pepsi, which I like!!!!

On my way to the airport in hertford CT my wife , brother and momma wanted to just try something a little different , well here it is . classic burger did not disappoint . We did show up when they had a bit of a lull in their action, around 2:30 ish . Such a wonderful break , much needed after lots of family reunion activities . We'll we had a variety of picks from the menu. Burgers , chicken and fries . The prices are fair . The restaurant is pretty cool . The staff we met were pretty AWESOME . Food was fabulous . Great selection of cold beverages . Very clean and organized . I will include photos . Give these people a try . You won't be disappointed . I must mention for those who have a allergy or preference such as , bread or no bread . They do offer what they call a bread bowl ( NO BREAD ) ? I enjoyed the bread bowl . The tap water is good for those who may select it . They have old car shows from time too time . The inside dining room is pretty cool . Look at photos .

My burger was pretty good. Fries nice and crispy, and a generous amount without being too much. Music and decor are a refreshing change from modern blah sterility in chains. A return trip is in order.

Classic burger is one of my FAVORITE places to get soft serve ice cream. It is very creamy and delicious. They also have great fresh cut fries, dogs, and burgers.

Every step you take, takes you into the past. A past most of us haven't been able to see. Great music, fantastic atmosphere, true story, I was mad once. But into a burger from here, and all of a sudden I forgot what I was mad about. Always ask for extra pickles because they're fantastic. Milkshakes? Oh hell yeah, they're amazing. The seating arrangements are fantastic. I wish there were some arcade machines because I'd gladly play there as well.
(note to the owners, if you get the arcade machines not only will you get people to play them but you can host promotional competitions and make more profit out of that. Even better? You guys could make some serious profit and probably bring a whole community together)

Consistent, best prices for special burgers with fries. Thanks guys! Way better than all those other way over priced places!!! Taste for yourselves. I always get the smash or the duke!

Food was delicious. Fresh burgers and shakes. The cut out cars as seats was pretty nifty as well. Order food at the register and pay, then you sit down at a table and they bring it over to you.

Stopped by here after a hike at Mount Tom. I did not expect it to be so delicious. I got the "James Dean". The ingredients were fresh, jalepenos we're snappy and spicy, aoli was so good. It was a total disaster to eat, but I'm still shocked at how tasty that thing was. The prices are reasonable. Staff was fine. Would definitely swing by here again if I were in the area.

I love going to Classic. A good family place to eat. Fresh burgers and delicious ice cream with all the toppings. Reasonably priced and I love the decor of the 50's. Classic is one of my gems in West Springfield.

Homemade ice cream is to die for! Prices are good💰‼ too💸💸

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I had chili, fries, and a double cheeseburger. The chili was very good, a little too much tomato for me but that is personal preference. It certainly had good flavor. The fries were spot on, just like you get at the fair. The burger was very good also, juicy, flavorful, and a nice fresh bun. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.8.

Very cool old fashioned spot: amazing burgers hot dogs and fries. Everything is fresh and homemade. The prices are soooo worth it !

Great burgers, great staff who work hard to insure a good time by diners. Decor is 60's Fab with ample parking for patrons in their car chairs. Fun for kids off all ages. Great music to keep visit lively. Polish of with a big ice cream cone from the scoop bar. Special events from time to time. Don't hesitate to visit with a group and be sure you all will have a good time!

This is more than just a burger joint. It’s an experience. The staff are always polite and friendly, and no matter how busy they are they always seem to push out orders fast. The food itself is always top notch, especially the Wild Bill fries which seemed to evolve over the years. Then there’s the dining experience. The atmosphere alone is enchanting. Classic rock is always pumping on the radio, not too loud, but loud enough to add to the overall feel of originality. The car booths and old school car memorabilia are also a welcome flair of individuality that separates this first class restaurant from the sea of copy and paste restaurants. Overall I can safely say this rockin’ joint will have me returning time and time again.

Great 50/60s style diner. The classic car seat/tables are really cool and tie into the whole classic car Route 66 theme. Their shakes are bomb as well. Would recommend! Great place to go with the family to grab a bite to eat.

I use to go to Friendly's before it was Classic Burger. It was good then and even better now. The food is better and the ice cream even better if you can believe it.

My Mom's one joy in life besides me (her favorite child) is eating ice cream. This is her favorite place and I see why.

I LOVE Classic Burgers! Their homemade ice cream is to die for (I love the chocolate peanut butter swirl, or banana fudge). Their food is comparable to 5 Guys, but you’re supporting local business, so it’s superior! Great family friendly location!
