Five Below

Needed generic phone plugs and wires and things and I would say a quarter of the stores sales floor was just that. Even bought a bunch of things I didn't need but looked cool

Staff were very helping and store was clean and organized

Pretty good for finding a lot of things five and below, but there's also some things that are not blow five so I'll be wary of that but which is like. Still cool cuz it's still like pretty good stuff but like I mean not like crazy but sometimes you get some really good finds there. The main good thing is the candy section. They got a lot of banger candy in there 10 out of 10

So many cute and aesthetic things. I bought a few decorations for my room and love them.

I when there for a phone cover four an iPhone and the person who helped me was very nice to me n helped me

I give it 5 stars because the lovely young woman working on the register was so unexpectedly delightful! She greeted every, single customer that came in, made sure she helped the patrons on the self check-out, and said thank you, happy holidays to everyone leaving. I haven't seen such great customer service in a long time!!

I swear I went in just to see if they had any cool sun glasses and came out $75 later ike WTH? LOL but its always a bargain in there and the staff is always awesome. My Koko loved her new bed and of course i didn't get the glasses

Looking for some interesting gifts or something you just need and you would like to get a little cheaper? This is definitely the place to go everything from sports goods animal goods cheap pajamas to extremely nice art supplies. Great books, unusual finds. Phone supplies electronics holiday goods. Anything and everything you could think of under the sun. Greeting cards candy socks... The staff is great if you need help. They're usually very busy but as long as you understand they're busy and will be right with you you got a great store at an extremely good price for everything.. I keep returning.

My grandchildren (ages 10 & 7) LOVE this place. Nothing is really great quality but it's offerings are varied and plenty.
I take the kids and give them $5.00 each. It is a good lesson on how to stay within a "budget". Of course, having a 'set' amount to spend wisely certainly makes the selection process a bit long but they have so much fun!

OMG this store is amazing, u find literally anything u want there, yes it's cheap and might not last u long but, hey, u still use it for a period of time and it's really good stuff they sell there. The deals there r amazing. Last time I went there I saw a whole bunch of cute and good stuff I wanted to take everything x3. But yea the store is amazing and I really really love it. Especially for kids.

Great store. Its wear I get my chargers for my phones and devices. If u save the package and receipt and the item stopped working they replace it for u. There's so many nice things there for 5$ and under!

I went with my friends to five below in West Springfield and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store clean and the items neat on the shelves and I was very impressed with the how helpful the employees are at the checkout registers and I would go back there again and would recommend five below in West Springfield to everyone to go to for good customer service.

This is the favorite store for Holiday decorating at our house. It's also our favorite store to take the kids to do for a prize. So easy to say that you can learn something at the store and have it be there store or not have to worry about censoring what they pick out. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great deals! You can find everything from home goods and clothing to snacks, games, electronics and more. Staff is always very helpful, and everything is under $5, usually a great selection of seasonal items and back to school as well!

This place is dangerous. Everything's 10 or below (lol) but the quality is good. They sell a pair of socks with socks for your dogs attached. So please, go buy some socks for your dogs. And have fun lol

Great things cheap

I have "granddaughter time" once a week. And there is NO other place she enjoys most, but Five Below!! They should call it, "Deep Below ", because that's how far she goes into my pockets 😂. Great place😀🎉🤸‍♀🎊!!!

Great little store. I've purchased many an item from five below. Everything from yoga pants, to nail polish ( my favorite color can only be gotten at five below) Samsung phone accessories, even go pro accessories. It's the kind of store you have to go back to offen . Because they are always changing stock . And if you see it you better buy it because it's probably not going to be there when you go back. So go ,go ,go and enjoy the fines.
