Very clean! Awesome customer service. Good prices. No long waiting in line. The man at the service desk gave me change for a $20 and quarters to take the bus without asking me to purchase anything. Cash back at the register with no fees. I'll be shopping here for ever.

Great selection, products always in stock, staff could use some intelligence for the most part but other than that it's a great place to shop.

They're great on everything service food photos everything you need whole foods in Pro tools and lotions pharmacy in all that so yes it's a good place to go to buy stuff you need essential stuff I highly

The restrooms need some TLC but overall was a good experience. They except competitor coupons but I have noticed that for the most part they have the most reasonably priced grocery. The employees working the deli are very polite and courteous:) Recommended!!

I am actually a converted loyal Big Y customer. Stop and Shop has a wide selection of items that other grocery stores do not carry. I am finding that their prices are better than most grocery stores in my area. The staff is also really helpful and knowledgeable abt the items they have available.

Just stopped at stop & shop in West Springfield to grab some deli meat. Had the sweetest nicest and most helpful delicounter worker in my 30 plus years of grocery shopping. Thank you Marina you are wonderful!

Had $100 to spend on this trip to stop & shop spent 96 so for under $100 I got everything I needed and wanted for this trip. Store was immaculately clean and workers were very friendly, all in a good mood and very helpful when necessary. I would shop here again for sure! :-)

It's a great store, with great customer service. It have everything you have come to love and expect from Stop Shop. The whole plaza has lots to offer shoppers. I would highly recommend this location.

Weekly sales are a decent price. Bakery items are always fresh. Produce isn't bad either. They do have premium deli options as well.

they do a great job of tending to all ends of the food needs spectrum. plenty of "junk food" but also a large portion of healthier organic fresh foods that I'm proud to eat. really nice staff and honestly not a depressing environment.

I am rating this 5 stars because an employee tapped me on the shoulder and advised that her checkout lane was open and I would be the next customer. She didn't have to do that, they normally just call out if relaying to everybody. She took the time to walk over a couple of lanes to let me know about the open Lane she worked out. good customer service like that always gets my attention.

Great place to shop for grocery's. Large selection. Even during the Covid Pandamic, they keep the customer informed of items that were out of stock, made recommendations for purchase allotment, and provided guidelines for shopper's in regard to 'traffic flow' & social distancing within their store. Hand wipes were readily available upon entering to wipe down your carriage & hands.

I had been disappointed at my usual Stop & Shop because week after week they seemed to be out of stock on basic items. Decided to see if West Springfield would be better and I was pleased with my experience. Would recommend. 🙂
