Excellent work, excellent price and excellent service! These guys went well above and beyond! Honest and fair, this was the ONLY vehicle repair job I've had done in 25 years of driving that I didn't stress over. Before, during or after they had my truck. I am absolutely HIGHLY recommending this shop!

other body shops gave me the run around about fixing rust spots on my jeep wrangler, but not Cody! he assessed my jeep and gave me a really reasonable estimate. my jeep looked brand new when i got it back. he is such a nice guy and a pleasure to talk to. love his big dogs too!

This shop is the real deal!!!
I went here because I failed inspection for bumper damage and another repair. Turns out AutoExpress misdiagnosed the repair; Cody caught it and was honest with me instead of charging me for a part I didn't need. They also did the repairs that worked within my budget, saving me a ton of money. These guys are respectful, kind, have great communication, and are HONEST. They also have the two sweetest shop dogs around!
It's so hard to find great mechanics, and this is especially so if you're a young woman like myself. I will be going to this shop for any other repairs I need from here on out!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I'm a 21 year old woman who needed to repair her car on a budget, so I was pretty leery about taking it into the shop by myself. I shouldn't have worried; I was treated with respect. I didn't feel like a girl in a mechanic's shop, I just felt like a person! Cody gave me a range of options, from a full-on fix-and-finish option to a road-legal low budget option, and when I went with the minimum, he agreed on the spot; no hassle or upselling.

They had my car for only 30 hours, and the repair came in right at budget! I am very pleased with the job they did. In addition to the good and timely work, the friendly and kind atmosphere made the entire experience of repairing my car actually pleasant (WHAT?!). I highly recommend Norm's to anybody in the area looking to repair their car.

Lastly, they have the cutest, friendliest dogs at the shop!

Cody and the people at Norm's Auto Body do amazing, honest work. I brought in my Subaru that had one of the front fenders totally smashed in and the door couldn't even open, and Cody worked with me to find a solution in my budget that was 1/3 the price the competition was asking and my car came back to me looking brand new. I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back there for any future auto body work that I need.

I can't say enough good things about Cody and his team at Norm's Auto Body! After (brilliantly) backing my car up and over a boulder, a friend recommended Norm's. I'm not a car person, but Cody put me right at ease. He is respectful, kind, hardworking, trustworthy and skilled. We were able to come up with a plan for what he could do for our car based on what we could afford and I could not be more pleased with the work. My car looks like new and the job cost exactly what we had discussed in advance. Places like Norm's are exactly why I love living in the Valley. Reliable, excellent work by good people. Cody provided a honest assessment and a reasonably priced repair on the 2 front axles of my Jeep. As a college student with little knowledge of cars, I did not once feel exploited or up-selled. When the same axle was damaged in an accident 6 months later, Cody was quick to resolve the issue and went the extra mile to ensure that my car was safe to drive back to New York. I had just bought an older used car, and was looking for advice about how to get the most bang for my buck to make it look good, without spending thousands to fix every tiny flaw. Cody really delivered in that department, with good advice on "fix this, ignore that".

I took my husband's BMW to replace the front bumper. The owner did a great job in a timely fashion, as promised. He even replaced the headlight washer that is mounted in the front bumper. We had no idea the washer existed. The car looks brand new. Thank you!

I deliver pizza around UMass and beat up on my Corolla pretty hard. I've been to half the repair shops in the area and since going to Norms haven't been anywhere else. Cody runs a real honest shop and has been consistently fair, friendly, and helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough.
