I am redoing my kitchen and needed new flooring. I went to LL flooring not knowing what to expect for service or products. I had a great experience working with Ottis, who walked me thru the process from figuring out the extra I would need , as well as the thresholds and more. He spent a good amount of time helping me pick out my entry area flooring as well. I had to stop by the store on a couple of occassions during the installation of the flooring and dealt with other staff members and found them all knowlegable, proffessional and pleasant.. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring.

I have used LL (previously Lumber Liquidators) for flooring twice, installation once, and I am about to use them again for a large porcelain tile purchase. I have always found the sales people and manager to be responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I particularly like the fact you can get samples both in the store or online, with free shipping.

My first time visiting this store. The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was more affordable than I thought, great products in stock. Will be coming back to this store, often 🙂.
