I stopped into Danco Modern on a whim. I was not in the market to buy anything. I had passed the billboard daily on my way to work and decide to stop in. My friend and i looked at the furniture and found the recliners. Wow.. what a selection and the salesperson Ross Grant was just so helpful and knowledgeable. he encouraged us to try out all the recliners, showed us how to use a few of them and explained how all of the furniture is handmade and custom. the price, expected delivery time and encouraged us to take home samples of the fabrics and leather.
Ross was amazing. I received my recliner that i had no intention of buying today... it was easy and effortless. i believe the cost and quality are worth the product. it was a extra plus that this is a local company with a commitment to the community.

I bought two comfortable swivel chairs and an oval ottoman after shopping all around. Heather and Miguel gave terrific advice and customer service. We love our refreshed living room and we love Danco Modern

11/10. Great store, great people, great products. I took my time evaluating furniture, was never pressured or rushed, always was attended to and accommodated. Transactions were smooth, questions answered, delivery was spot on - not a scratch, and the same people at the store do the delivery (not a 3rd party).

Absolutely excellent experience all around! The sales people were knowledgeable and experienced, the schedule coordinator (Miguel) went out of his way to coordinate with our needs, the delivery people were professional and efficient, and there was a follow-up call within hours of delivery. And the most important part is that the bed we bought is absolutely beautiful, solid and a New England handcrafted heirloom piece we can pass down. Can't recommend this company enough!

Everyone was amazing. They were kind and thoughtful and very informed in their roles. They handled a delivery issue with grace . It was a bonus that I got to use the amazing massage chair to relax while shopping. This is the place to get a forever couch in my opinion. Thank you to everyone at Danco.

Throughout the process of browsing, learning, and finally deciding on my purchase, the staff at Danco were helpful and knowledgeable. They welcomed without hovering and later assisted me through available options of upholstery. Though I ultimately purchased by phone, every step of the purchase process was handled with care and attention to detail. Communication regarding delivery and the delivery itself were also flawless. From first stepping in the showroom to dealing with a staff member and choosing a sectional, I highly recommend Danco. I wanted to buy locally and not online and Danco fit that need. I dealt with more than one employee but Heather whose name I have was very helpful without being pushy. There is a lot of choice and we had a very specific space and need. There were helpful in letting me know upcoming sale and the ability to place the order during the sale. Our piece was prompt and promptly delivered by two very capable and affable gentlemen. I highly recommend Danco for your furniture needs. Our sectional is of a good quality and well priced compared to others I researched.

Claire worked with me to get me the sofa style and color I desired. And we added gorgeous accent comfy pillows to be made to accompany. The sofa took a little while to get here but totally worth the wait because I have every reason to believe I will have this beautiful sofa through the rest of my life. (And hopefully my 2 kitties will be kind to it.) The delivery team was excellent! Miguel and I worked out the details and his guys arrived here promptly. Strong backs made quick work to move my old sofa into my studio and the my new sofa into my living room. Thank you so much, Danco Modern staff!

Shopping at Danco Modern was a breeze. Friendly people helped us make the perfect choices for our home. They were knowledgeable and always responsive. Delivery was seamless. Very accommodating and willing to go above any beyond.

We are returning customers. Danco Modern has a great selection, outstanding quality and friendly staff. We purchased an accent chair which was just what we were looking for. It was delivered today by two friendly staff, carefully placed it for us and removed the old chair for a small fee.

Purchased a couch from Danco. The salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant. Although I had to wait a few months for the item it was well worth it. Delivery was easy and the two gentlemen were careful and helpful. I appreciated the followup phone call to check on everything later the same day of delivery. Excellent customer service.

We love are new couch! So comfortable and well built. And, the two (very strong) gentlemen who took away our old one and brought in the new one were terrific! They were polite and respectful as they maneuvered the old and the new couch to their new homes. No scratches or dents or chipped paint. From the point of sale at Danco to the delivery and installation, we couldn't have asked for more.

My order was seriously delayed through no fault of Danco Modern. They were extremely apologetic, refunded me a percentage of the sale, and gave me free delivery.
