Five Guys

I haven't been to a 5 Guys in about 5 years, and it didn't disappoint.
Still amazing burgers and fries plus I got myself a peanut butter, bacon shake. If you haven't had one, do it.
You'll be happy you did.

Their burgers are excellent but they're fries are the best around and you get a small fry and they give you pretty much another small fry so again highly recommend

This is Five Guys deliciousness, service, and ambiance to perfection. The burger was well done and juicy as posted. The burger toppings were portioned to optimize The burger's natural tastiness. The fries were crispy on the outside and sumptuously tender and moist inside.

Pretty good food and very consistent. All the way burgers and large Cajun fries are amazing.

Everybody likes their burgets and fries. Very tasty and a great break from everything else.

New to Hadley! Five Guys burgers! Very tasty burgers and the fries are great! Watch how you order as it can add up quickly!updated: 6/2/23 ate lunch today ordered 2 burgers and regular size fries! Keep in mind that each burger has 2 patties! You add whatever toppings you desire to the burgers! My wife and I split the fries! Their fries are awesome! Good food and good service! Five Guys is always the same quality! Took my grandson here after a lacrosse tournament in Amherst, Mass!

First time I ever had Five Guys. I ordered a Cheese Burger with Ketchup, Relish, Mayo, Grilled Onions, Tomato and Lettuce. (aka the “In-N-Out” style) and regular fries. The staff were friendly albeit I went at a busy dinner time. I think it was the manager who took my order? (Adam I think) he was very friendly and nice. Also the staff who called me for my order was very friendly too.

The fries was just out of the fryer the way I wanted it and was very flavorful (maybe too salty for some of the people but still it was GREAT). And last not but the least, the burger... OMG the Burger... it was SO GOOD. Probably one of the Best Burgers I had in a while. No wonder people have been talking Five Guys is one of the best burger chains in the country. I overall had a very pleasant experience with Five Guys in Hadley, and I will recommend to anyone if someone wants to have a good quality burger in the east coast.

Maybe I might try out the milkshakes next time.

Another great burger. But the best part is the manager. I believe he's been there for a while. Hes why I go back. I can see his smile through the mask....these unfortunate times. But I know the smile from before all this. His management is why this place is so amazing. All the employees there reflect his positive attitude and great training. Thank you Hadley five guys

Pretty standard 5 Guys and what you'd expect. Greasy and juicy burger, moderate wait time and decent amount of seating. Good parking right outside. This is a newer location and I went opening week and it was very clean and staff were friendly. If you are in the area and craving a burger, this is the place to go.

Thank you to your awesome manager Chandler who stayed around a little later to make sure I recieved my online order because I was running late from my job that night. I was very hungry that day, and so your willingness and sacrifice really blessed my spirit. Thank you and I hope God blesses your patience because I said I was gonna be there in like 10 but it was more like 20 :-/. But them fries tho? voilà

There is little if anything to be said about five guys that has not already been said ad nauseam. But it's also all true: this is the real effing deal when it comes to burgers and fries. In particular, the fries are somehow substantially better even than other fries that are prepared in the exact same way (fresh cut that day and fried in peanut oil) - something that the founder of the chain alleges is due to the specific latitude at which the potatoes are grown. If there's any downside, it's the price, which has grown substantially in recent years. That said, it's genuinely worth it. The difference in quality is greater than you would think possible considering how simple things such as hamburgers and fries are.
I have not tried the milkshakes.

Burgers are a bit pricey, but they sure taste good! Fries are a must have and proportions are always generous. I had to order smaller burgers than the usual ones and plenty to eat there when add the fries.

They give you so many french fries, it's amazing. My kids love the burgers. We were the first customers at the new Hadley location. It is nice to have them in town.

Tonight we decided to try to eat here... it was great. The staff was pleasant they were quick to make our food and it was delicious and hot. The best was listening to the management speak to his staff while we ate. He was "cheering them on" while working beside the. He was praising them and keeping the positive vibe going. Very impressed. Thank you.

Everything was perfectly prepared to order. They have great milkshakes too! Fries are always abundantly spilling over in the bag like food confetti!!!! Yummm!

Great burgers, worth the price, almost always fry extra fries in the bag.

I can’t express how much I love five guys. When I heard one was opening up in Hadley I could barely contain my excitement. Rushed over ASAP, ordered food for my family and I, and raced home. BUT when I got home... there were no patties on my burger!! TRAGEDY!! When I let them know what happened, they asked me to come back in. Donna, the manager, took such good care of us, and unexpectedly paid for our whole order (family sized!!) So happy to have a five guys so close, and even more so to have one with such amazing customer service!!
