I recently switched to this practice for my dental care. I have never had such a good experience at the dentist! Ever.
And I hate going to the dentist like so many others. Kristen was incredible and made me feel comfortable and listened to everything I had to say and I felt heard.
Dr Theresa was kind and so caring! She checked in with me through the treatment. It was a really really good experience. And she was funny too.
I listened to James Taylor (my choice of music) throughout my visit, which was very calming.
The cleanliness of the office and the all-around energy was wonderful. Front office staff helpful and friendly.
I definitely won’t dread going back for any dental care that I might need. We scored big by finding this dental practice. So pleased. 💗

The dental care and technical savvy of Dr. Ting is incredible. Also, he is a kind and reasonable person, and really cares about patients.

Dr. Ting is the best I've been to! He's professional, courteous, funny and truly cares about doing the best while making it very affordable. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly, which is very refreshing:).

I like many am not a big fan of going to the Dentist. I must say the experience I have had since going to Dental Family has been great. Very warm and professional. The Hygienist there Destiny is amazing! She is so much fun and shows true sincere concern for your comfort throughout any procedure needed. Destiny always does a wonderful job keeping me informed and sharing helpful information. For that reason I feel comfortable and confident in placing my dental needs in their hands. Everyone their is so pleasant thank you and Destiny you rock!!!!

Dr. Ting is not only the best medical professional I've ever seen, he's the best professional, period. His follow-up care and availability is beyond what I thought possible. During procedures, he is efficient and considerate with regards to your comfort, and actually explains what he's going to do in clear terms. He's also very warm and friendly and makes any procedure as pleasant as possible!

The staff in this office is also very friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond to help me with an insurance issue.

My daughter and I have had excellent experiences each time we visit Belchertown Dental Family. Dr. Ting and the office staff are very friendly, the office has a very nice atmosphere. Dr. Ting takes the time to explain what he is doing and answer all of my questions. He is GREAT with children, my daughter (5 y.o.) had a very good experience while having a special dental procedure. I am so HAPPY with the care my family receives and would recommend Belchertown Dental Family to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Dr. Ting and Dr. Hoang have completely altered my perception of what great dentists are! Before meeting them and their amazing staff, I had not visited a dentist in years and was afraid to. A recent abscess had forced me to seek attention immediately and they were able to comfortably handle the situation and drop some knowledge on me about what was going on. I really appreciate that. From the moment you walk in the door and start speaking with the people you feel like you're hanging out with friends.They're attentive, knowledgeable and funny. You'll be glad you visited.

Have been visiting this dentist office for a few years, and every time I go I know I am in good hands. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Ting is always professional while having a wonderful "bedside manner" too. Would highly recommend this team of professionals.

Dr. Ting is the best dentist I have ever had. He is careful and thorough. Ting did a crown for me, not my first, the process could not be more comfortable, considering the task. It was the best fitting ever without any getting used to it feelings. Seamless.

He has a very pleasant support staff.

I knew the office staff and atmosphere from before and continue to find it friendly, helpful and relaxed while still being effricient and professional. I was really impressed with Dr. Ting's skills as a dentist. I think he's really top notch, as well as also having a friendly, relaxed, and enjoyable manner. Highly recommended.

I recently switched to Belchertown Dental Family for a second opinion regarding an ongoing issue I was having, and to find a dentist closer to home. I couldn't be happier. At my initial visit, Dr. Ting performed a quick but thorough exam and quickly identified the problem I was having that had not been recognized over multiple exams with my prior dentist. It has since been corrected and I am pain-free for the first time in many months.
In addition, my cleaning appointment with Destiny was a surprisingly pleasant experience. She was very personable while performing an extensive but painless cleaning, explaining everything along the way.
The camaraderie amongst and competency of all the staff, from front desk to behind the scenes, carries through to the patient experience; I highly recommended this practice to anyone looking for good maintenance care or something more involved.

Until you've had either Dr. Ting or Dr. Hoang as your dentist, you won't know how comfortable you can be while sitting in your dentist's office! They're super gentle and skillful. Both they and their staff are warm and friendly. (and funny!) Just excellent! I would Never go anywhere else.

Dr. Ting is an amazing dentist. I have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past as I have a sensitive mouth that is very resistant to Novocain and other such pain medications. Since I've started going to Belchertown Dental Family several years ago, I have had nothing but wonderful, pain-free experiences with a friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend their practice to anyone who has a deep fear of going to the dentist.
