I appreciate the good service and honesty by Rob at the pharmacy and by Cam, also of pharmacy. These people are really trying to help. The music in CVS is deplorable, though.

A fine store that likely has what you need, my only complaint or should I say concern, is with an employee I had an encounter with. She seemed to be under the influence of something. Unable to stand and slurring her words while speaking incoherently. Again, this is more of a concern. I hope this employee is able to get the help she obviously needs.

The pharmacy is usually helpful. I hate it if I have to go to the counter like right now today. I have one item. There is no greeting. I say I would like to put my phone number in. No response. The clerks have now switched on and off twice trying to call in your company for a refund? Then the older women takes over for the second time. She leaves the bag with my one item closer to her on the counter. I reach for the bag and say " Thank You ". No response, I reply - your welcome. After 36 years in retail management I know what good customer service looks like, this store isn't it. I do realize customer service is a thing of the past but I will make more of an effort to go to the Walmart in Ware. The service there is pretty good. The item I just purchased for $16.79 is $11.50. thanks for listening.
