Great experience, quick and proper customer service. Mr. Dashaun here on Jiffy Lube looked at my CR-V headlights for restoration and restored it to perfection and with care. Def. coming again!

Yesterday I got a flat tire, and got my spare put on by a mobile mechanic. I called this location at lunch time the next day, and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and assuring.

Dashawn, who is in management, assured me over the phone that they could pick up any tire that I wanted that day, and would also be ready to install it at their shop. They made it super easy for me, and I went over after work to get a new tire installed.

Kyle, who I believe is their sales manager, is on your side and wants you to get the best value for your money. I got an initial estimate that I honestly wasn’t thrilled about. When I got the estimate, I left and was going to evaluate my options since I had called other places. When I left he was looking into other vendors to see if he could get me a price closer to what I was looking for. He got me $90 under the lowest quote that I received from other shops, and was even able to bump the price down $30 more than what we had discussed and agreed on.

To say I’m satisfied would be an understatement. Kyle, Dashawn, and their entire team are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services, and having moved to the area recently, they definitely have a happy returning customer in me.

From the moment I pulled up they were helpful and communicated everything from the available services/products to how the invoice was laid out. I’ve been using jiffy for years and been to various locations in Western Mass. This was probably the best location and experience overall. I’d definitely go there again.

This place is just about the best memory I have of my experiences in Western Massachusetts. They were super friendly, accommodating, highly competent and supremely knowledgeable. On more than one occasion they went out of their way to keep my 2015 Malibu Maxx in TOP running condition. Totally brilliant.

These guys went out of their way to troubleshoot a problem I had been having with my windshield sprayer, and jury-rigged a solution that didn't cost me anything. I trust these guys -- ever since my warrantee from Subaru expired at 50,000 miless, I have relied on them for primary maintenance. (I am now at 126,000 miles.) The Hadley crew, shifts, but I think you have a great model for the work you do.

I’ve gone to this place a few times and they always do a great job! I went once for a break pad replacement and they were very kind, showed me everything they were doing, and even excluded the labor charge for me! Today I went back to get a much needed exhaust replacement and it went very smoothly and again I was treated great! Also, I have a little squishy duck on my dashboard and I noticed they added a little top hat to it which made me laugh so hard! Definitely recommend this place it is now my go to.

It’s never fun to have issues with your car. Kyle made my experience less painful with his kindness and empathy. Very grateful to have good people make a bummer situation a lot easier. So far the mechanical work is prime too!

I think one of your strong points is that you carefully hire people who are friendly, hardworking, well-trained and they really understand customer service. Those young folks are so fast!

Such great service!!! A lovely worker named Damien immediately knew what was wrong with my car and helped me out and was quick and efficient. All employees were kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more.

I was hesitant to trust a franchise mechanic after a bunch of bad experiences with multiple Firestone shops, but the team at the Hadley Jiffy Lube was great!
We came in for an oil change and state-inspection, but didn't quite meet the criteria to pass (we just moved from a state with no inspection requirements). The team here was very specific with what we needed and gave us a surprisingly good deal. Next day, the work was done quick and easy! No hassle. Special thanks to John and Arturo!

First time at this Jiffy Lube and was blown away by how helpful, friendly and quick the service was. Came in for an oil change on my Nissan Rogue and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was super nice, and I didn't feel like they were trying to up charge me or add things I didn't need. I'll definitely be back!

Just wanted to thank Kyle and team for a great job on my car today, oil change, transmission fluid, and most importantly to me (in the short term), the headlight restoration. It's amazing, they look brand new now and i'm sure they'll be so much better in the dark too.

I had a very positive experience at this Jiffy Lube. The staff person was helpful, thorough, and friendly, and the mechanics were professional and did great work. I was walked through each of the services I requested and felt confident in their recommendations.

Super quick and awesome service! Went for an oil change but they let me know some lights were out (which I knew but was putting it off) and they offered to replace them for $10 each! I was ecstatic that I didn't have to do any work myself and happily let them do it for me (lol!)
They also let me know my breaks weren't so good and offered to do them for me, which I declined because I didn't have the money right now. They did let me know that there was a financing service if I wanted to do it, but didn't pressure me at all which I thought was very nice!
I really liked how you can stay in the car the entire time too - it felt so much faster. Even paying, they came right out to the car and gave me the receipt. I'll definitely be back again!

Hadley Jiffy Lube: Great service, with kind, genuine staff. They have helped me out on several occasions!

They guys in jiffy lube are very knowledgeable and provided me with great customer service. They also provide 1 year warranty for valve cover gasket replacement. College students get a 10% discount. Please come visit John k & he's crew for excellent service.

I left my last service station because they wanted me to replace parts that still had life in them. The Jiffy guys made me feel educated about the state of my car but weren't trying to talk me into repairs. They just let me know what to watch out for and that they'd be happy to help replace things when I was ready.

I got a better car education and I'd rather support someone who respects me and my supports my decisions, especially if money is tight.

I'll definitely drive out to Hadley just to have them check my car. See you for the next oil change, Jiffy Team.
