It's L.L. Bean! A must if you're a fan. Huge store. Lots of helpful employees that will get your size if you can't find it on the floor. Cute little town. Great dining options. Can make a weekend of it.

We went in for a pair of boots that were unfortunately only available online, but John helped us try on shoes that were comparable to see what size we needed He was absolutely awesome for doing so.

This is a nice store that is kept clean and tidy. There was a decent size collection of merchandise here as well.

Love it! They had exactly what I had been looking for and the staff were very helpful.

I grew up in Maine and have a long history of shopping with Bean. When I needed a new pair of hiking sandals I headed for our local outlet. Friendly service as always, and they had exactly what I wanted. I used my Bean Bucks for a discount and everything.

I visited L.L Bean in Hadley ma. First off, the moment we walked in they greeted us & made us feel wanted there. I had a staff member Tyler help us find a jacket right away, and then another staff member Matt helped us find where the boots were. We were then greeted by Harrison who was super personable and helped me try on duck boots. Then Madelyn helped get the right pairs when Harrison had to take his lunch. And the cashiers were all very pleasant too. The whole staff were phenomenal and I would definitely come back & give them my business. A++ for this store & staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff here, much smaller store than the flagship location of course.. lol but nonetheless they have a pretty good selection of the staple items, and can order anything you need, and you can have things brought here too! Overall a nicely organized, clean and well laid out location 😎👍

Jess is fantastic! She works in the Hadley, MA Store #1420 and helped my gentleman friend and I purchase quite a bit of clothing on Sunday 1/8/23. She was knowledgeable, helpful, upbeat, happy, bubbly, positive, provided excellent customer service. Jess gets 5 STARS she is so good!

A tiny slice of Freeport. Almost entire staff is young, but extremely well-trained, friendly and professional; had extended interactions with three - each was knowledgeable and helpful. Inventory is not as deep as you might like; special orders are on the way!

So, as I told Linda my customer chat representative… The website link for feedback at the bottom of the receipts doesn't exist/is broken and using Google search keywords didn't come up with an alternative. So, I'm leaving my review here instead.

1. there hasn't been a single employee at this location who is not a pleasure to speak/deal/informative etc with.

2. Kevin (didn't get his government name so obv.) just helped at an above-and-beyond level to the extent he was deserving of a review. In both buying the boots I came to get, answering a litany of very, very specific questions/needs, being absurdly patient and just having an overall like, good personality -- as a human in 2021 --was one of the best retail employees I've interacted with in a long time, anywhere.

3. Fix your website........

Very friendly staff. Super clean and modern store. Great selection of products with amazing customer service. A fun store for the whole family!

Quick easy shopping especially for last minute. Gentleman helped out greatly helping me find the perfect Xmas gift. Plus there are alot of other items i have to go back for, a little on the upper price but the quality makes up for it.. Thank you.

After having an absolutely horrid experience with customer service at Lowes. It was welcome to see a place absolutely dialed in. On all points, staffing, knowledge, interaction and a great product.

Love this store. Unfortunately they did not have boots I WANTED in my size in-store or online. But got a rain jacket I've had my eye on...live it

Although the item I had ordered through Ship to Store was not there, the very helpful cashier found me the exact item so I was very well satisfied with this shopping experience.

Excellent service , nice stuff. The girl showed me around and showed me what I was looking for . Explained all features of the item . Also told me to pull up my mask . I'm looking forward to going back .
