Nice atmosphere Friendly folks and good prices. Lots to choose from. Plenty of parking with handicap accessibility

Don't listen to anyone who says anything bad about the staff. They work really hard to deliver good service across the board. Despite being chronically short staffed the crew of this store delivers first class service 6 days a week.

It's really conveniently located near hotels and other shopping areas. Prices are reasonable, and the merchandise is clean. Staff are very helpful if there are any questions to be answered or any other type of shopping assistance needed.
Clothing vouchers in the amount of $50.00 are issued at the Hampshire County Resource Center.

The store is great to shop in. What makes the experience of shopping there so great is the staff and manager. Nick, an employee was so kind and helpful. Not only did he check us out at the register, but helped carry our items to the car when we could not. He went above and beyond helping the stores customers. The manager, runs a clean and super friendly store with great management. His management style shows in the way the employees treat all their customers (including us) and how well the store is kept with cool items displayed all over. Had a great experience! 5 stars for everything!!!!! A big "thank you" to everyone there.

Bright, big and clean store with many bargains! Last night I had the pleasure of watching the super friendly cashier Rebecca take the time and patience to help a customer sign up for rewards even though the customer spoke a foreign language. Also, Alex and Nick were especially helpful and polite with me when I was buying some chairs for my new apartment, even helping me load my car!!
Great store, great staff and great experience. I will Absolutely be back, and soon!!

Travelers, this is a large and nice thrift. If you keep going you can always find a gem. I have found many. They often have nice furniture, nice clothing, local art, a great book section. It is worth the stop. Check it out. We recommend.

Clothing is arranged by size (s,m,l) and by gender/style (women's sweater, women's shirt, women's tank tops, men's suits, etc.). Very helpful and easy to go through. Jeans used to not be sized at all, but are now (0, 2, 4, up and up!).

Great variety, cheap prices. Always have some kind of sale on tags, or multiple tags on sale.

Well organized, the furniture looked really good ,I think because it's so close to 4 colleges that they get alot of useful stuff. Kids moving in and out offen and alot of them can't take the dorm room or apartment stuff with them so turn over is fast. Employees are friendly And helpful. They have an abundance of up to date clothing . Same reason as above.

5 college students: FYI, even though the store closes at 8, they only take donations until 7. Don't be like me and go at 7:45.

Also, donate your stuff here (good stuff, not junk) when you move instead of filling up dumpsters! Salvation Army (and most other clothing donation places/bins) also accept ripped/stained/unwearable (but not filthy) clothing and fabric which then goes to textile recyclers.

Drove out here today from Russell and my experience was amazing. I will be back!

My favorite store in the states! I visited here every two or three weeks. There were always great surprises.
Before I left Amherst, I also donated my usable stuff here.

Pretty good thrift store but not the best salvation army I've come across. They did have an entire courdoroy pant section which was great. As well as a few vintage racks.

There's always great stuff to find here! Wednesday are 50% off on everything in store. Found a great coat for $10. Couldn't get a better deal.
